I'd say it already has an impact if every one of Elektras strikes is a crit and all will miss she is usless against ebony maw...you really did not answer the question Mike. Is this a trend? We now have two champs we will never purposely face off...will that be a trend with future champs???
you have more than that, you would not use a mystic champ against human toruch, you will get lit up.
