My rank-up gem was never returned❗️

I accidentally used a 4-5 generic rank-up gem on a 5 star champion. I contacted support and explained the situation (that it was an accident and that I had intended to use cats—including T5B that would expire soon). Kabam took the aforementioned cats from my inventory almost 8 hours ago but my 4-5 rank-up gem still hasn’t been returned!

Has anyone else experienced a situation in which an item that was suppose to be swapped was not returned after Kabam removed items from your account?

    Hey @Psilence, we don't have access to ingame accounts here in the Forums so are unable to help in situations like this. I recommend waiting 24 hours. If the Rank-up Gem hasn't been returned to your Inventory by then, please reach back out to our Support Team.
