So I've been down this path twice now, at this EXACT point and it hasn't allowed me to go right ( towards war machine ) for the 100% completion.

I remember having similar problems when I first when through this years ago when clearing act 4 but how can I bug like this exist still in 2021?!

Before someone silly says, it's because I don't have enough energy - you can clearly see, the path is lit up by the green base and have wasted energy already moving to this point twice now 🙄😒

Does it actually pause you at that point, or have you keep moving?

If you look at the way the dashes move, they tell you which direction the path goes. Just a tip for future content :)

Hey @IamTryingMyBest, as was already suggested, you can avoid future confusion like this if you check which direction the dashed lines are moving on each Path. As the mystery has already been solved in this instance, I'll go ahead and close this thread.
