Why is support so unpredictable?

Why do certain people get accidental item uses and champion sales restored but others just don’t with no explanation? If a guy gets given a 4 star classic Ultron because he sold his normal Ultron by accident why do half of the rest of cases like that get denied?

    When a support agent gets a case, they flip a coin and heads mean they know what they’re doing and tails means they pretend to have as much knowledge of the game as a seagull from finding nemo...

    It typical comes down to training.

    Hey everybody, every case is different and has to be handled in a way appropriate to the individual situation. What two people believe are similar cases could, in fact, be vastly different. That being said, due to our privacy policy, we don't go into the details of individual cases with anyone but the players who submitted the cases.
