But I'm guessing they have some ability to get the state of the game for an account or alliance, either indirectly (i.e. by asking the game operators) or directly (with some limited access query system). They have exhibited evidence of that capability in the past, when following up on other problem reports. Some things they seem to know, some things they seem to need the player to say.
