High Ground - broken?

Is this node working properly?

That’s the global, if suffering from degen it should be 80% reduced - presumably potency? Prof X has degen on him, yet I’ve taken a 4K energy burst on block, and I do again a second later. Am I missing something because I read that node as I should take 80% less damage from the global so ~1k damage in this hit.

    It’s the 10 seconds that’s reduced by 80%, so 2 seconds while incinerated etc

    Yeah and they made it energy damage! Who even mitigates energy damage anyways? Oh yeah like a huge portion of champions released in the past two years and any science champion with masteries.
