  No need to send more tickets! It really only slows things down. You've sent screenshots, as requested; now you need to wait for the Support agent to look into this and get back to you. This is a partnership with Google, so we might not have the information.

  Does it have to do with your Google play progression level? I’m bronze and don’t see the GGC. I am going to try leveling up to silver Friday to see if they become visible then
