You forget that Batman has a Bat-missile-defense gadget on his utility belt, next to the Shark-repellant Bat-Spray!
-
The game always uses items from your inventory. It was a fairly recent improvement that your inventory would automatically refill from stash if you had overflow.
-
Other options - Angela reduces DOT duration when awakened and can ignore hazard shift with enough buffs active, you could also use someone with purify or who’s immune to just one and play defense while the DOT you’re not immune to is up.
-
yeah the nature of these deals is the more you buy the less good the deal is. They’re very good if you’re just barely short, and for a lot of people there’s at least *some* shards that are worth it. 950 for 10% might not sound good, but buying one at 50 for 1% is the same rate as 500 for 10%; it just doesn’t scale linearly.
-
It’s a diminishing returns scale: increasing the flat stat always does increase the percentage, but the higher the stat is the less increase you get from the next point. For example, and not using the exact calculations, say 1000 armor translates to 50% damage reduction. That causes problems once you scale up to 100%,…

Honestly any physical damage champion can power through if you’re strong enough to get past his regen; I used Angela who also gets to ignore the incinerate node, and just dexed L1s
-
Ironheart is immune to coldsnap/frostbite and has better defensive abilities on her block, plus access to tracking and the option to switch to rupture; Jack trades most of that utility for more raw burst damage.
-
I think she may have also been in the 7* Rare Champion Selector, but not 100% sure; that’s another 0.07% chance if so
-
he goes unstoppable if you’re purifying stuns, every 15 combo hits, and (from EQ nodes) during specials. You either need a counter to unstoppable or just wait it out.
-
JAIL FOR ONE THOUSAND YEARS! (But in all seriousness it’s expected sometime Friday, please do not spam “WHERE BG REWARD” until at least 10:01 pacific time on Friday.)
-
Angela is legit my cheat code for a lot of annoying nodes. Nullify? DOT debuffs? Autoblock? None of them matter as soon as I have three buffs active, and the Thor relic lets me get there on my first crit.
-
Powered through with Angela - sig lets you ignore the incinerates, just dex the L1 and wear him down.
-
yeah it’ll give you matchups based on the total/average PI-sandbagging gives a chance at easier matchups but a) you’re losing points from the guaranteed loss and b) there’s no safety net, you have to win your other two fights so you can get stuck with no good options
-
It’s going to depend on the specific relic, tbh - some of them the awakened ability is very strong (Thor relic for example gives a big increase to buff potency if you can get the Intensify active) but others you care more about the socketed abilities. For example putting the hulkbuster relic on Guardian, the sig gets you a…

so it’s compensation if you had days of the current sigil saved up when new sigil goes live. In theory you can buy 30 days of sigil repeatedly and build up a big backlog, but 95% of players probably just rebuy when they get the popup and will have only a couple weeks worth when the change goes through.
-
I think the fervor change is the really big thing aside from shock potency- everything else mostly tweaks how tight her loop is, but the fervor makes her way more reliable at shock stacking.
-
Everyone acknowledges it was changed, what you don’t seem to comprehend is that it wasn’t a *functional* change. The scoring is exactly the same in realm event and solo event, you’re ranking against the exact same players (i. e. everyone). The ONLY difference is that the rank rewards are displayed under the Realm event…
-
I think it’s been quicker with Banquet than Gifting because Gifting had more complicated exploits; Banquet they just have to ban the accounts that actually cheated and not evaluate whether the cheater was feeding crystals to other accounts, etc.
-
She definitely looks cool as hell, very curious what her kit will be!
-
Arena crystals are a good source of gold and have a chance at units. Loyalty is used to unlock the class masteries (of which only the mystic and tech are generally considered valuable), and there are some rank up materials and awakening gems available as well, but the main thing for lategame players is the 7* loyalty…
-
Not too many ways to target specific champions - depending on your progression dual track can give class nexus crystal selectors or abyss nexus selectors, there’s also a class nexus in BG solo event. You can also use 6* shards to buy the 2-class crystals. Any of those targeting skill will get you better odds than a generic…

“I was banned from chat for no reason, certainly not personally insulting other players or their parents, and I will physically fight the promiscuous drug addict mothers of anyone who says otherwise”
-
(It’s theoretically possible to get a bunch of keys by getting extremely lucky on the SBC, just highly improbable anyone would see more than one or two that way)
-
Probably the 8/8 limit is higher than they reasonably expect players to hit, but at that point if you did whale absurdly hard you’ve gotten 140 sig levels on all 6 champs and have a stack of GG sig stones so by then you’re probably better off turning any remaining keys into shards anyway.
-
Look obviously anything less than an 8* abyss nexus crystal and matching awakening gem is a profound betrayal of the community by Kabam and we should all boycott. (This is a joke)
-
He only loses one charge on death right? So it should be possible to ramp up several charges by cycling modes during a long fight even if you eventually die. Not sure how much you’d get in early Necro fights though.
-
Yeah he’s mostly a niche champ just because there are other techs that shock and power control better than him, but in situations where his prowess punishment gets going he can get some crazy damage going. Some of his value depends on what other techs you already have.
-
I think a lot of people are undervaluing the 7* shards and t6b/t3a, which you need a lot of to rank up 7*s even if they aren’t ultra-rare.
-
If I don’t pull them from the Titan, they’re God Tier and I’m mad at Kabam for not letting me have them. If I do pull them from the Titan, they’re mid at best and I’m mad at Kabam for not buffing them. But to be real the best champions generally have a combination of relatively easy to access damage and fairly broad…

if he’s on his last sliver of health, you have to counter a heavy/special, wait out the indestructible, then counter again to finish him off.
