The fact that you’re making the Scarlet Witch comparison tells me you absolutely have never been a high level BGs player and probably place Uru every season because otherwise you would know why that comparison is stupid. Scarlet Witch can’t handle meta modern defenders not even 50% of them, Quake in her current state still handles 90% of them, huge difference right there.

You know you’d think after the Battlerealm Brawl and seeing top players win fights even when the fight time was 70-80 secs most people would have moved on from the “too slow” argument but apparently they haven’t.
Let me tell you something, up here in Mysterium, time doesn’t matter nearly as much as health does (unless it’s a full on nuke meta which are very rare these days) so in the right hands, Quake is potentially the most versatile consistent champ in the entire game and nothing stops her damage. I don’t think you quite understand how strong a champ who can take about 90% of the entire champion roster actually is, which is fine but experienced players and Kabam themselves know how absolutely busted that is and that’s all that matters. Thankfully you aren’t the one in charge of balance decisions.

As for the “well there are multiple ways you can shut her down” tell me how many current meta relevant defenders apply any of those effects at the start of the fight just by existing? Because on my first comment I counted about 30 she can easily Quake because they don’t have power gain, or apply any of those effects without at least hitting you once.

Another assumption/idea I have is that the way to awaken these champs will be in Solo Coliseum - SF Star-Lord's a ramp-up champ, maybe the rest are all viable in long-form/everest content. But how we'd combine them all to get/obtain SF Doctor Doom is a head-scratcher.

I'm also hoping they don't do what they did with the Deathless and repeat a class - having two Cosmics instead of a Mutant or Skill seemed a bit silly, lol
