I don't entirely understand the question here.Quote a simple question really. What’s stopping you from increasing the release cadence of champions not available as 7*’s?
We consistently release new Champions to the 7 Star pool in various ways.
There are 8 new 7 Star Champions coming in August -
Are you wanting us to just mass drop every 7 Star into the pool all at once?
We’re already at the rank 4 progression of 7* and there’s a lot of champions not released in the highest rarity. At the pace we’re on we’ll be moving towards 8* before the full champion pool has been released as 7*’s.

Point is... it's 99% luck.Its probably more like 99.9% luck. I haven't calculated the precise odds of drawing into a straight flush under these rules, but my guess is straight flush is probably on the order of a thousand to one assuming you aggressively go after them.
That of course doesn't mean you'll get it after a thousand hands either, just that statistically that's probably close to the average across all players. I would imagine many players getting it in hundreds of hands, and others taking tens of thousands of hands (if they even play that many).

He would be wrong then because he implied nefaria was the last one which is obviously not true.
He also implied "an attacker that actually deals damage" which would also be wrong because there are far too many things that stop mefarias source of damage one of which is his actual rotation. I don't even know why nefaria was brought up in the conversation.
