I really don't think it would have nearly the effect everyone is saying it would. We fight all these defenders over and over anyway. Not to mention the meta is always changing, and they can craft fights with nodes, etc.. so I don't see how allowing us to practice in this way would have any substantial negative effect. It would simply allow us to prepare for BG's a little better, crafting our knowledge of champs and interactions better, which should be encouraged.

That's fine if you want to practice dexing specials or something, but the main value is being able to test specific rank/sig champs against meta relevant health pools and gauging what rotation (and how many) can take them down, how fast, etc.. Not to mention you may not have the champ you want to practice against, or lower rarities of the champ you want to use.. and worst of all, you can't use pre fights.. So while it's nice to be able to practice that way, it's not even close to the same.

Personally, I hope it’s something other than titan shards. I actually don’t think that’s very motivating anymore, particularly for the people who have put in that many units to get to that high of a milestone. Hoping personally for a generic seven star awakening gem since we’ve all gone so many new champs. I think something along those lines will drive up the final spending.

One last Eidol (my idea)

Heey Summoners!

Thats my first topic here, i hope you like the idea:

Well, I absolutely loved the Eidols! They are full of details and open the door for a background full of opportunities for the game. Last night, I went to bed really happy after testing my new Imperiosa, but I couldn’t stop thinking that—just like the Deathless—the Eidols were missing one more member. And while I was sleeping, I woke up with the idea for another Eidol: the Scientist!

So come along with me on this (CRAZY! LOL) adventure and line of thought.

He would be a mad scientist who once tried to control the high Eidol magic and became corrupted by it, destroying his entire planet. His brilliance allowed him to survive, but he was never the same again. He became a cosmic alien with powers comparable to the Ancient Beings themselves!

His name: Vireon
Class: Science

Personality:
He has a bloodthirsty look, even though he appears to be a “mad” individual. He is sadistic, because he understands that his abilities are not only meant to kill, but to melt his opponents. He believes himself to be an “improved” version of the Eidols.
“I AM THE REAL ARTIST!”

Origin:
Forgotten laboratories buried within the ruins of a cosmic civilization.

Fighting Concept:
Scientific abilities blended with magic.

Now I’ll describe what I imagined for the character:

Skin:
Eidol-like, but slightly darker and more ominous.

Outfit:
A mix of urban scientific style with high-magic details (black with gold accents). He could wear goggles (I don’t know why, but I can’t get that out of my head), and the result of his actions left his brain exposed.

Movement and Combat Stance:
It’s hard to explain, but as a mad scientist, he really makes me think of Lion’s fighting style from Virtua Fighter, but holding flasks in his hands like Mystic Diablo. His body leans slightly forward, always ready to release toxins and magical formulas.

Fighting Style:
Because of his stance, he could use acrobatic strikes mixed with the throwing of toxic substances. He could inflict poisoning or even acidic burns!

I tried to create this character using AI, to get as close as possible to what I imagined. What do you think? With this, we would finally have the complete Eidol team—the five of them—ready for cosmic event missions!!
