I do wish they gave him a little more spice on attack - having absolutely nothing to do with critical rating or critical damage seems like a waste (added armor penetration, something like Shocker? Reduces opponents resistances?) plus nothing on the heavy (extra charges? Damage burst?)
Just feels like there could be a little more to it - as it stands he’ll struggle against champs like colossus or Gentle just because of their resistances. His damage isn’t terrible but for all the trouble of ramping him, it feels a little underbaked. A lot of tech champs have a ton of utility plus some great damage - Viv for one, my most wanted from the rebirth event. She has as much utility as Solvarch (more?) and can quickly blast through a few hundred thousand health in one tight rotation, no specific matchup hunt needed.
I love the design, utility, tankiness… I hope he’s fun to play around with, that’s my main focus with any champ. If he’s fun, I’ll take him to R4. If not, with his damage as it is I don’t think I’ll take him past R2.

I just hope he’s good because i’ve been saving my R4 for him. His damage looks a little below average outside of the SP3, but he has a lot of utility. I just thought they’d make this big brute of a champion have insane damage. His kit still like looks cool though regardless.i wouldn't call his damage below averege but they could have implemented the same Mechanic as shocker but instead of crit rating is the Crit damage rating that the armor penetration scales off
Even with that he gain over a bar of power in a single 5 hit combo,i wouldn't worry about his damage since you can just spam specials like a madman

Also something i wanted to speculate is his role in raids and best modifiers for his ramp and reverb damage,also for Solo Raids that I'm very excited

I think they should keep the abilities part as it was and then just add the extra rotations and defense explanation afterwards, basically 50/50

This kind of thing always confuses me but if void can apply the debuff while you both dance around and not actually hit each other, how is it considered a defensive ability?Because there is no such thing as a defensive ability as far as the game mechanics is concerned. It's just something we use to describe the mechnic in common terms
And if its a defensive ability, why does the same thing happen if void is the attacker?

That's the point. Only if we time it at the exact second... hard to time it anyway.That only works with Concussion. Pure Ability Accuracy reduction.Silver Sable's Disorient applies a 100% (vs Science) Disorient Passive. Disorient is Defensive Ability Reduction effect. Emphasis on the 'Defensive'.It's the other way around. If any ability tries to trigger while I'm hitting the opponent, and not just because in hitting then,then it is a defensive ability
When you are using Sable against Science champs, all of their 'Defensive' abilities are shutoff when they have this Disorient. So if you hit them, they will not trigger their 'Defensive' abilities.
Examples:
- Immortal Abomination's Poison if you 'hit' him.
- Spider-Man's evade if you 'hit' him.
- Photon's application of debuff if you 'hit' her.
- Spot's phasing if you 'hit' him.
Back to your question, Void's application of debuff is not a 'defensive' ability. It is an offensive ability. It applies when the debuff application timer is up, not when you hit him.
If void triggers the debuffs exactly on a hit, then it can be prevented with Daar
