Yes, heavy input has 2-3 different points of failure at different times

• heavy executes mid combo when not intended
• heavy doesn't execute when it is intended
• heavy charge randomly executes and gets frozen in a charge.. even if you remove your thumbs from the screen entirely.. your character just remains in a heavy charge until it times out and executes or your champ is attacked - whichever occurs first
