Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
I don’t agree it should be like this. There needs to be full transparency on bans. Even if one innocent player suffers, it impacts the entire community and alliance. Cutting corners or hiding details only makes things worse for everyone. Not everyone here is Kabam’s white knight. I see players grilling Kabam every day on these forums over bugs, AI, monetization—you name it. But when it comes to bans, the community oddly sides with Kabam. Why? Because if you’ve ever climbed GC and passed Uru rank, you know the real pain: cheaters stealing your hard-earned points. I’ve personally lost 50 points to cheaters, dropping me to Arc 3—and those points? Gone forever. That hurts way more than bugs or AI glitches. So when a ban wave hits, players feel that sweet relief, their dopamine spikes, and anyone questioning it just gets roasted in the threads. It’s harsh, but that’s the reality. This community has to be one of the most hostile ones I've ever seen honestly and that is one of the main problems here. There are so many willing to white knight Kabam for absolutely no reason, people tend to approach others requests and struggles often with contempt rather than compassion. Those same sheeps are the ones who keep complaining about monetization, AI, bugs, champion design, whatever you can think of. Just sad to see how lonely you are made to feel sometimes. Homo homini lupus I guess! In this wonderful game, there are already cases where users who did not violate the terms of service get banned without any clear reason. And when someone tries to defend their rights to their account, the community always accuses them of deserving the ban and lying.Damn Kabam being scammed by Zendesk 🤣If at some point I feel like doing it, I will send a message from my alt account that I haven't touched in over 2 years.
This thread is kinda wild if its true.
Also I'm not mad that my comments get disagreed often and I really don't care about some virtual numbers at all so please don't derail the intent of my message as its not due to my personal experience here, if I wanted to karma farm I would
Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
The only official response so far, and not the automated one was "Play your own account," which could mean people transferred or shared accounts to be able to spend in the game. Zendesk is dumb...Not all of them, of course, but at least 30% of the Russian community, and that's a lot of players. You just can't know what's happening in the Russian segment right now, because you don't read Russian communities where Russians talk about games, while Americans and Canadians prefer Line. If we're talking about bans for transferring to 3rd parties, then the system should ban the entire Russian community, which includes over 300,000 players, as the game is very popular in Russia and is truly beloved by many players, despite the developer's critical errors. However, Russians cannot donate to the developers (read: officially contribute money to their pockets) for obvious reasons. However, if the bans are issued for the true reason of transferring to 3rd persons, who these payments make for Russians can, then we, as ardent violators in this case, and should receive a response from support that we violated it is the point of transferring the account for then to pay some manager from kabam a salary. We are getting a single response about violating the rules of BG, although many of this mode do not even play, because of real cheaters with whom, kabam refuses to fight for many years. We just want to know the real reasons for the bans, and if they're documented, we're willing to accept them. But not when you're given a ban and accused of something you didn't actually do.I'm very interested in how strong the wave of indignation will be on the forum when the waves of bans spread across the regions of Canada and the United States (the main component of the entire game). Currently, Russians have been banned, but our complaints are minimal because we are a minority on this forum and other available platforms like Facebook. However, I am curious about the reaction of the kabam when Americans and Canadians start opening their mouths and protesting against the partially illegal bans. You make it sound as if ALL RUSSIANS, were banned. Pretty sure that is not the case.
Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
By even unbanned players you mean alliance mates or friends?... Cause i seen a few posts but considering the population of that region I didn't see as many posts...Enough Russian speaking players were banned that even unbanned players started to complain about it, as it affects allied events.I'm very interested in how strong the wave of indignation will be on the forum when the waves of bans spread across the regions of Canada and the United States (the main component of the entire game). I don't know why you're wasting your time either, because that's all this response was. A whole lot of nothing.Listen, I just can’t understand your logic. At first, you say Kabam is doing a good job, then you say they’re not.Damn Kabam being scammed by Zendesk 🤣If at some point I feel like doing it, I will send a message from my alt account that I haven't touched in over 2 years.

I recently saw your comment on another post where you said that the person cannot prove the claim that one-third of players from the US shared their account data. Now I have a question: aren’t you ashamed of accusing everyone of things you don’t know and can’t prove? Why do you make statements you can’t back up?
Why do you think that anyone who legitimately tries to defend their rights is immediately labeled a “cheater”?
I think you just don’t understand the simplest things. You have 7,000 posts on this forum, yet you try to “sit on two chairs” (in our country, that means you don’t have your own opinion and just follow someone else’s). I don’t even know why I’m wasting my time on you, since you’ll never put yourself in the shoes of those who suffered.
One day, you might also get banned by mistake, without any clear reason. You’ll contact support trying to prove your innocence, then come to the forum to sort it out, and you’ll get comments like “You deserved it.” Would you like it if no one believed you? (And don’t tell me you’ll never get banned — anything can happen in this game, anytime.)
Have a good evening
I can sit both on the side of Kabam doing some things well and on the side of them doing some things poorly because that is a simple fact of the matter.
And I wouldn't come to the forums to solve a ban issue because the forums is not a place that can solve it, so there's that.
I may err towards banned players being guilty, but that's based on the fact of Kabam having, outside of one recent and fairly significant mistake, a really good track record on accurately banning or suspending players.
Could their be a few innocent ones in this mess? Sure, that's definitely possible. But that's an issue for support to handle, not the forums. And so far on the forums, multiple players that have come to complain since the suspensions went out have been outed as sharing their account or someone else's.
Their customer service can also still be bad though, and we can still call them out for that even if they're doing other things well.
Enjoy thinking about me later I guess?

@WednesdayLength ‘Spam’ is multiple posts per day minimum. 1 thread per day maximum is not ‘spam’ at all. Pathetic of you to keep crying over my posts. The ones who tell me they hate my posts the most…. are the same ones who interact with my posts the most 🤯 Therefore, I can never take you seriously. You DECIDE, INTENTIONALLY to NOT scroll past my threads. You CHOOSE to read my entire post and then give your negative opinion on it…. every time. You entertain the thing you tell me you dislike so much. Practice what you preach. It’s common sense 🤦🏽♂️ you passionate haters specifically don’t have that. Literal nonsense. You're delusional if you think that people are your haters who are passionately disliking you. You're just aggressively pushing your opinion on multiple threads and comments and acting like people trying to disagree with you is endorsing you doing that. If you want to share your opinion then you deal with the pushback, but after the last 2 posts its clear You're just looking for arguments
Re: A wave of blockages
People donating money to streamers who then purchase something in-game themselves is not against TOS. You can argue till the cows come home if it's sportsmanlike if you want but against the rules it is not

@BringPopcorn Nobody said the Patriot push was based on looks… 🤦🏽♂️ that’s really all you got from what I said?……. smh that’s disappointing. I may have expected too much from you and your thought process 🤣 My bad I guess. This is what happens when I decide to respond seriously to someone on this website… I get dumbah responses. Gotta stay unserious with you lot 😎
