In the spirit of logic and respect, the vast (overwhelming) majority of players who come to the forums claiming they were banned unfairly are usually shown to have been lying. So, for those of us who have been here for a while, experience has led us to be very skeptical.

I am going to try on the week, see if I really get an automated response.. On weekends it is understandable in a way.Damn Kabam being scammed by Zendesk 🤣If at some point I feel like doing it, I will send a message from my alt account that I haven't touched in over 2 years.

Remind me what happened when there was a post about streamer that bought his account? Or when there were vids like "hey, let me show you what that whale account got and we'll look at what that new exclusive champion can do"? They did nothing and agree with them on that. Because they really didn't do anything bad. And it's hilarious that company uses ai for customer support, but couldn't fetch some data from message that triggered ban to provide more transparent info. Like "here is your 7 day ban for violating TOS 8.2: timestamp, content, basic session info".If I am wrong, then perhaps they are just increasing the scope of what they are looking for. I've always played fair, every season of the fields, I beat with my own hands, without asking anyone. I said about the last season of the fields, because this is the most relevant season, which ended quite recently, before the ban. In the off-season, I haven't entered the fields yet, I haven't tested the enhancers. According to you, people are banned for logging into the account by 3 persons?
But then why does every player who received a ban receive letters about fraud on the Battlegrounds?
Why are these bans mostly affecting players from the CIS?
As for why the bans are currently only affecting players from the CIS, it's likely because Kabam is working their way through each region. Obviously you weren't here on the forums a month ago when Indian and Chinese players were going through the same thing and getting banned for the use of third-party software.
I imagine Kabam will continue to work through the regions and there will be another new group here to complain about rules enforcement soon enough. Hopefully Kabam will up their game on the support side of things though. People should know the real reason they got banned so they can't feign ignorance when most knowingly broke the rules.

It’s against the Terms of Service for others to log into your account for any reason, hard stop.
If you play on your own account, and don’t let others log into it, you won’t get banned - first of all, it’s against the rules… but secondly, you never know what they’re going to do on your account.
(I’m aware that *you* were not banned, we’re using “you” in the general sense here.)
Frankly, the Support Team does not need to require full transparency on bans.
As time went on, we’ve been a lot more lenient in peeling back the curtain and providing transparency into why a ban occured.
The Support Team is intended to help you reverse accidental rank ups, lost items, bugs, etc - not reverse a ban.

Kabam genuinely surprises with its incompetence and complete lack of communication with the players of its game. Instead of fixing bugs in the game, they rely on special automation software.
Now, let’s go through the errors that are most commonly encountered in the game at the moment:
1)When entering the Battlegrounds mode, the game automatically selects a character from the draft without allowing the player to choose (even though the concept was originally designed so that the player CHOOSES their characters for the deck themselves). This bug has been in the game for about 20+ seasons;
2)The crash error in Battlegrounds, where you finish a match with a perfect outcome, but after the fight ends, a popup appears saying “an unknown error occurred, please reconnect.” In most cases, this results in a loss for the player, even though they could have won. This bug has been in the game for around 5 seasons;
3)The recent fix to wake-ups, which was supposed to affect ONLY Silk and Okoye, ended up completely breaking a character like Titania. Titania’s entire gameplay revolved around playing from her 3rd special attack and spamming heavy attacks at the enemy’s wall. But how can I do that if opponents forfeit their 3rd specials when they are under Intimidate?
4)The problem with cheaters in Battlegrounds: they banned everyone except the cheaters themselves. Thanks, that’s nice.
5)The bug in the “Infinity Pain” quest. Dormammu applies Degeneration on you when you try to transfer that very Degeneration back to Dormammu. I might not have described the bug perfectly, but it definitely deserves attention.
In the end, we can see that Kabam is just a company that wants to squeeze every last penny out of its users. This can be explained by the increase in pay-to-win promotions in the game, which created a huge divide between F2P players and payers, making it practically impossible to compete.
Back in 2020, one American YouTuber, “Seatin,” urged players to quit the game and stop making purchases. Maybe it’s time to do the same now, so the developers finally realize that sometimes they are incompetent in certain areas?
