This is certainly one of the dumber stories we've seen here. Guy bugs you in game about running content for you so you block him. Okay, good. That right there makes sense (even though you never should've added him as a friend). Then he comes back with another account and you entertain him to the point where he wants to chat on discord? An interesting twist on the story. Seems like he said something that got your curiosity going. So you give him the discord ID, start chatting there, and then the personal messaging there isn't personal enough so you voluntarily hand over your email address so you can...still talk privately but in a worse way?

Your story doesn't work. You were talking privately in game just fine. Then you were talking in discord just fine. Those two parts of the story are completely believable. But this guy didn't just get your email because you handed it to him so you could talk in another private manner. He got your email because you let him play your account. Whether he modded or not, you broke ToS by sharing your account info. The only way the story gets dumber is if you paid the guy for your ban, which you probably did.

You can't make up a story and expect Kabam to believe it. They have the data and have a good history of accurately banning players on smaller scales. You're not going to trick them, especially if the story is going to be this bad. My dog is dumb as a rock and he could figure out you're lying.

Pointing out and reporting the merc you used to Kabam is a good thing, but you shouldn't hold onto any hope of getting your account back because there's no reason why you should get it back.

You've been playing this game too long to make these kinds of ridiculous claims. If the quest was meant to have unlimited tries, why would there be entry tokens? We've had this type of SQ hundreds of times. You can preview the quest and prepare a team before entering. There's plenty wrong with the game but this isn't one of them.

I better spend all of my Radiance before the next updated then, based on the MEQ and "Super" Alliance Weekly event, everything will cost 3 x as much and you need Max prestige to access the store 🤣🤣🤣.

You grow up, go to a different website, and then never come back to this one. Same result, far less extra.

To be totally honest, there's no stopping that. Expectations grow no matter what they do, and nothing can meet them. I'm not saying they haven't missed the mark in the past. Just making the point that people are responsible for their own expectations, and they always get carried away. That's why a "wait and see" approach is always best.

Accounts don't get hacked. You either cheated and are trying to cover it up, or you gave someone your login information and they cheated. A deserved ban either way.
