I think the constant need of intercepting jittery funky goofy out of control AI might be somewhat responsible for it,

Fell off a little bit. Still at the top in terms of damage which everyone knows is the best metric.

His basic damage is terrible. Every other champ that doesn't crit has something to make a difference there.The worst is that they won't buff him even after he goes to the base pool,even if they annouce it will take months to happen
I tried Solvarch r3 in the common bad matchup of Winter Soldier and compared him against Guardian r3, G2099 r1, FalCap r1, Jack r4, and Prowler r1.
I didn't have all year, so I just compared Mediums.
Solv - 1854
Jack - 2633
Guardian - 1960
G2099 - 1412 at no combo
Prowler - 1183
The others all do something useful to make up for not critting, and Solvarch has his weak Coldsnap. I can get a semi-cooperative Winter Soldier down in less than 90 seconds with r3 Solvarch doing Parry, MM to 3 "bars", GG striker, SP1, SP3. Cleanup. I'm sure there's something optimal after the SP3, but I don't know what it is, so the Cleanup could be optimized to take off more time. Not super impressive, but it is a terrible matchup.
It was just give Shocker Mechanic and make the crit rating boost your attack rating ,there would still be some problems but damage wise this could have helped and kept consistency between Non crit techs

I heard people were really excited about his buff when he was re released in May, but now I see nobody talking about him ever since he entered the titan. Did he fall off already? Do people regret voting for him? What happened?
Alliance war becomes too heavy and too hard now
All nodes have been increased health, attack, and tons of new debuffs are atached to nodes besides of old debuffs.
Below are enchanchess, ussually got 3 points with7 r4 jugg, now no way to get points.
I dont know why got all types of damage passives from her after clearing all her spells and blocked sp1. And died because of those damages.
So Dev want to delete the motivations to fight ?
