Best Of
High Evo Buff Idea
On attack: His damage cycle takes skill and timing but the payoff is a 1 or maybe 2 time burst before the field expires. Then you are back to trying to sync up his combo detonate with an sp2 and sp1. He is too slow on duels, arena and bgs. His long form fighting is too clunky and, again, slow.
Making a champ to simply waste time in BGs is one way to look at him. But...does he have to be useless for everything else?
Kabam could adjust for him to be an attacker pretty easily. The best tune up would be to refresh his field with the combo detonate when the sp1 loop is done correctly. The field up time is too short and restarting the cycle takes too long. This still provides the challenge of:
A. Keeping the opponent in the field before detonation.
B. Timing an sp1 within the field at the right time.
C. Working to increase devolves (which maxes at a paultry 16%!?)
Alternatively or additionally:
Kabam could shorten the combo needed after each successful loop while also increasing the damage after each loop.Alone it would still be painfully slow but the Snowball effect should help longer fights.
Neither of these impact his kit meaningfully on defense (as you would be dead from one cycle as his kit stands now if you did not how to fight him). He would still be slower on attack than the top 15 in any class but would be viable in long form and everest (with player skill). Thoughts?
My last post - I am so done!
So I am disgusted with the new drections the game is moving "forward". No energy refills, blahblah, money hungry game owners blah blah.. We all heard this, and i agreed with all of these.
After nearly 10 years in a game and lower 5-digit amount of real money spent, i decided to quit. This game supposed to make me joy, fun and have good time by completing its content.
I was hesitating to quit or not to quit for a while, i just waited for some "sign".. And now i got it...
I've finished and fully explored that new weird valiant EQ, spent a lot of valuable time i can be with my family. It was NO fun almost at all! And now you threw to my face some revives and energy and you are telling me, to do it one more time??? I was ready for the elder difficulty and now it's locked again!! This is the last nail in the coffin! I have no time for that $####!!!! I have no time to do that super long and boring content twice!!! Also the side quest sucks heavily!
I am also frustrated with the tons of "special offers" and money hungry popups with cool offers. This game was fun earlier, when WE decided what to do with our units, not you blackmailng us that this is the only moment you can get this iceman/other champ..
Your company owners are a money hungry piranhas with no feelings and they wants just suck the last dollar from the players. I will not participate on that! There is no more fun, it disappeared slowly but surely!
bye, uninstalled ..

Re: Supply strike issue
Its the Sunday according the Canadian time zones. If you're in asia then it's more like Sunday night or Monday morning.

Re: Wow Kabam really cannot read the room regarding eq
That conspiracy is as old as my time here. There's no diabolical plan to drain Units before sales. That's just not a thing.
Re: Did we just win?
We went from getting 5 free refills ( 3 from alliance event and 2 from summoners event ) to now getting 9 every week (7 from daily super event and 2 from weekly super event ) . Even tho this might seem like they are giving you way more than before , we also have a mandatory requirement of doing daily quests too . So considering tht , this change is ''almost'' as good as before .
Also considering most of the generic energy calculations we players do do not account for battlegrounds . So a battlegrounds focused player might still feel a decrease in energy depending on their time spent in there.
With frequently released content ( story quests , endgame content ) , the required energy every month might still not be enough .

Is that Energy refills situation really that bad ?
It's not that long time ago that we could farm infinite revives to complete whatever content we want, which is obviously not healthy or fun way to approach game like this what Kabam did ? They nerfed the content where we farmed these revives and gave them to us in different way. Did they deliver ? I'm valiant player who does most of the content and I just recently took down 9.3. boss and did crucible and I still have over 40 revives in my stash...And trust me I used over 30 revives in crucible...At some points I had over 30 energy reffils in my stash sitting there just to expire. To get to my point If u need to spend units which we are getting plenty for free (u don't even need to play arena) to buy energy reffils just take your time wait a little bit your stash will grow.....I know changes are scary but I'm maybe in minority but I trust Kabam will get this right in time it's not healthy for the game to spent 8 hours a day like the free to play challenges that people can get Valiant in a week because they have unlimited resources to play....on NEW ACCOUNT... that's my thoughts
PS: Sorry English isn't my first language and this is a long post sorry for mistakes have a good day Summoners

Re: Did we just win?
I am glad they ve reversed the changes in energy outflow. The last two weeks were frankly terrible. Just yesterday I wanted to test some new champions I got from Titans and caught myself on the thought that I cant do that without sacrificing some daily content. For many years that I have played that game, I actually liked and distinguished MCoC from many other mobile games for 2 specific reasons - first the game had very relaxed requirements on daily play (since EQ is monthly based, SQ are weekly based and even Arenas are 3 days long you were not losing much if you didnt play every day, thats sadly now are much less true) and second you had plenty of energy to do what you want in the game and when you want. For me this is how a good game should function, it should be fun not a chore. And its good that MCoC will still be fun.
P.S. But yeah, I still do not like paywalled champions, overtuned new content, outdated stores, cheating AI, bugs and disconnects, lazy designed statcast relics (that will probably make pvp modes much worse as well in a few months), lack of autocomplete for new daily quests and so on. But I still can enjoy the game even with these things. And I couldnt do that if I had to think how to squeeze 20 energy just to make a few test fights with my new champs.

Re: Did we just win?
I would have to say yes and no.
Did we win a battle? Yes as they are backtracking on a terrible, terrible idea that would have had really bad consequences on both the game and the players.
Have we won the war? No. The problem is that Kabam will continue to think this way going forward. How do I know? Because I’ve played for too long to think their goals and objectives will change.
This changes really no one’s mind about the eq situation.
This changes no one’s mind about the constant errors and fumbles.
This changes no one’s mind about the bugs and ai issues.
This hardly changes anyone’s mind to trust Kabam to do right by the playerbase. They only changed this because of the outrage and everyone speaking up.
There’s still so many more issues the game is suffering from. This is a small grain of sand on the beach.
