I think they mentioned it would be 2 seperate compensation packages, one with the difference in rewards and another with the pfp. So it may just be a delay in one package being sent.

There should be a separate title for actually completing it in its original (first release) form imo.. it's huge difference

It's 2 separate messages. The first is the title and picture as that is different data to pull (if you completed it) the other depends on how much you have done so it might take time to get to everyone. I got mine just a minute ago, so don't panic yet. Just wait a little more.
