Re: The State of MCOC: A Comprehensive Look Into the Game In 2026
I'm not a big fan of Bero, but you're straw-manning here. Kabam is implementing a Twitch drops change that would drive viewers away from streamers who are not in the CCP. You can't be surprised he "took it personally."
Players aren't leaving just because. There are real explanations that you're shoving to the side and ignoring.
Re: Another unintended consequence of an under-thought Essentia change
Why is your loyalty at a drip? I haven’t noticed any change in the amount we’re getting from war.
Re: Legitimate question to Moderators
Same 3 person on my ignore list and Scrolling are reading forum is much smoother.
Re: Hows your profile looking - Who will be your first r5 7*
Spot will be my second r5 once I get the villains challenge done.
Re: Which One ?
There's a slim chance that any will be that useful in the challenges, but Pavitr is far and away the best champ here.
Re: Insane difficulty ramp up pon Collector
I mean, kinda.
Historically the 5.2 Collector (to differentiate him from the Nameless Collector a lot of players are bashing their faces against at the moment) was a form of end game gate. He was the thing you had to defeat to become Uncollected. He still is, but once upon a time Uncollected was the Valiant of its time. Players were not expected to just roll past him like every other boss. You were meant to get stopped in your tracks until you could defeat him and become what we would today call an endgame player.
Today, 5.2 seems to be a nothing map in the middle of mediocre content, but compared to everything before him he is still a dramatic jump in difficulty. Is he unfair? I don't think so. If you can't get passed him, god help you getting through Act 6. But the Collector is really the first time players run into something that you can't just face roll or overpower with roster (to a point). You need to stop and figure out how he works, and use very specific tactics to beat him. If you know how he works and what tactics will work against him, he's not that bad. But for most players, this will be the first time they ever have to do that. Everything they've learned up to that point simply won't work.
My recommendation is to find guides or tutorials on Youtube. Once you understand him, he's not that bad. Learn to beat him. Don't spend, don't blow all your potions and revives on him. Take the time to do the research to learn him. Because that skill is a necessary skill to progress farther in the game. He's ten times harder than anything you've fought before, but MCOC is a game where learning how things work makes everything ten times easier. It will balance out over time.
Re: Legitimate question to Moderators
Its simply because of who is in charge of the forums now. Miike and Jax are gone. Crashed and Mike could care less. Either that or theyre too afraid to hurt someone's feelings.
This is why everyone is disgusted by ascension

Re: Insane difficulty ramp up pon Collector
Welcome to the first real boss fight in MCOC.
PoPosts like this are EXACTLY why kabam shouldn't have nerfed the hell out of everything else, especially act 6 because guess what? If dude does play on and get past collector, he's gonna have the same issues the next time he faces a hard fight and he's gonna whine because now he can't beat that one.
Then it'll be "omg, BG's is too much". It never ends when you give out participation trophies.
