There's different parts that are difficult for different people, those who don't spend struggle with roster, those who have played less struggle with all the different combinations of abilities/nodes and most of these can be overcome by grinding/practice or (unfortunately) spending but AI is completely out of anyone's control

We used to be able to play certain ways to get certain actions from the AI, like hitting block, dash back and light intercept but now the AI moves too quick and hits you in the face, punished some specials now isn't possible mainly because the ai is always to skip frames that we can't. This combined with AI refusing to throw specials (watch nick136s latest vid on rhino, 3 taunts ans onslaught won't throw a sp2!) Refusing to dash, holding block etc takes away all skill, roster advantage and experience and in my opinion ruins the competitive aspect if the game

That hurt a bit, as I had an 8k drop. Guess there is a big difference when top 5 are all at least 180 sig r4 champs but going to 30 I only have 6 r4 right now. Could be a very harsh change, as I am done with all content but I'll possible still lose rewards simply because I don't spend enough. It is a double dip for big spenders. Get what you bought already which directly means more stuff for doing eq. I'll wait till I see the ingame eq change before I make an informed decision about if I like this or not. This can be a can't be bothered with all this extra chase and goodbye forever or mountain over a molehill type thing. Hope the latter as I've been around since beta on multiple accounts but I am not shifting to 30 rank ups of people i don't like using to get rewards to rank more people i don't like using.

Also where was it mentioned that ascension now affects prestige. My r5 doom has over taken some of my r3 7 stars. Guess it isn't a bad thing as my prestige will drop more without but I just didn't catch that was happening.

My concern is thanks to this new genius plan I will actually start getting reduced EQ rewards. Honestly not looking forward to tomorrow. The whales are gonna get the world handed to them and the rest of us will fight for scraps, and the gap will only widen.

Bad move Kabam. Probably wouldn't be as bad if it was only EQ though. Expanding this prestige change beyond EQ is absolutely terrible.

well you won’t see the rewards. my now nerfed account is eligible for 5 out of 15 reward tiers yay kabam for attacking the entire player base who are valiant completed all story done all hard content and now it’s you didn’t spend loads of money and rank up the same 30 champs now your progression will be halted and you can’t progress as fast cause we suck up to big spenders only and don’t care about nobody else playing.

As long as the new rewards are on par with, preferably better, I don't think I'll really care. I think this is maybe the stupidest move kabam has made since I started playing (2018), though. Guess we'll all see tomorrow...
