I received a month-long ban on my game account, citing a violation of the user agreement. Tech support only mentioned the use of third-party software, which I disagree with, as I only use one device – an iPhone. I play high in the Alliance Wars category and am losing a lot of time and rewards due to the unlawful ban. Tech support refuses to consider a more thorough review. I'm asking for help here, thanks in advance.

Thor knows, I have bought the premium profile pics in the past, but in no world would I do that a month before CW, with that many champions involved and such little info on the mechanics of this. The cynic in me says it's a blatant attempt to get someone to buy more units to get all the pics and titles. Eff that.

Also just a quick reminder,
All of this was part of our milestone "reward" from the Realm event a few months back.
The thing is I don't mind Kabam team trying out new things, actually it is important to, bring introducing new idea to the game to keep keep it innovative.
And yep the rewards is no big deal, so players doesn't have to worry about FOMO.
However, it is just a shame for the team to go come up with something new, but in a setting where it does not encourage participation.
100 units (while not a lot) is enough to discourage many players. Like @JESUSCHRIST said, 100 gold would of been perfect.
From the info on this event it sound like it might to be a little light heart fun thing, no real details and no real "power" rewards, 100 gold would of make perfect sense, encourage participation.
The only reason I can think of why cost is 100 units is it essentially just "buy" a profile picture. That is a lot of work to get players to "buy" a profile picture

I’m not trying to be an ass but did you read the post ? I think i was pretty clear on the information that’s missing. But if not.. What exactly does “handicapped for balance” mean ? Does it apply to each champ ? Do they have their entire kit ? Does class advantage/disadvantage apply ?
Why didn’t we know the “random” matchups before it went live in game ? For instance say someone picks Loki and he matches up with Human Torch first round. If i was that person i would feel a little pissed.
If this was supposed to be just a silly fun thing to do, like they made it seem, then why does it cost 100 units ?
I think those answers would suffice.

Do this for 10 units or so. 100 units is showing that you try to steal our stash right before CW deals. This is supposed to be a fun little trinket, not just another trap.

This makes no sense to me if the 100 units doesn't even get you the profile pic of the champ you're backing when you buy. Seems like throwing away units for nothing. Who signed off on this?
