You're about a billion miles over the top here. Yes, this situation absolutely sucks, it never should've happened, and Kabam needs to figure their **** out and stop with all of this garbage.

But your account is only suspended so they can review it and claw back any rewards you shouldn't have gotten. Yes, it is their fault and not your fault, but there's nothing unlawful here, though you're welcome to go get laughed at by some lawyers if you want.

We will be getting extra compensation for the additional time locked out. However, it's just a double of the same crappy compensation they're giving everyone. So yeah, everything sucks.

actually unbelievable I’m “banned” for 6 days because I was playing the new event quest I didn’t even see any catalysts that would need to be removed truly hard to believe as a c5 player in battles grounds now I’m absolutely screwed thanks Kabam

My only concern is that they will clock out shortly without fixing this and our crappy comp package will become more crappy as we're stuck out of the game for longer than necessary. Hopefully someone cared enough to tell them they're not going home while the problem they created exists.

I only played three quests. I didn't even SEE the bug. I had no idea I had extra catalysts or whatever. This better not take a week I was trying to push BGs to get radiance, among a gazillion other things.

I got suspended too. Anyone know if its a full six days? Thats would be awful especially with the sword and stone event stuff. Plus if you grind areana like I do thats like 1000 units. Kinda funny my only suspension after like 7 years of playing is cause of this. Lol. Idk why But its funny to me.

For anyone wondering I was doing classic event quest and was on the 3rd or fourth quest. I only have like 20k is prestige.

I've explored 1.1 and almost reached the final boss pf the 1.2 and then the maintenance appeared. Now I'm suspended for doing this! I mean the game os for playing. And you're getting suspension for playing it. That doesn't make sense lol😂

Banned as well. I feel so violated, this is the first time I've ever been banned, haven't ever gotten a ban before as not once have I ever broken TOS. Now I'm banned for a whole week for playing a broken game mode. Straight up Bs.
