I don’t know about the disconnect, but for the “lag” did you try checking your frame rate in the options? For me my game was also “laggy” when I opened it, but I found out in the options menu that it had reset the framerate options to 30 FPS and when I set it back to 60 all was good.

I did receive those. But the issue here isn’t about missing extra “bonus” rewards. The Alliance milestones were tied directly to the same effort I put into the event. The only reason I didn’t get them is because I was removed from the alliance after contributing, not because I skipped participation. If a player actively contributes during an ongoing event, it doesn’t feel right to have that progress wiped away just because of alliance timing or management decisions.

This feels completely unfair. The alliance sometimes removes members for no reason, and because of someone else’s decision, all my effort, time, and energy go unrecognized. Kabam isn’t doing anything about it either. I just don’t understand what difference it makes—whether we’re in an alliance or not.
