My POV is totally based on common sense that if you can't score more than 15k, then you are playing at a higher tier than you should be and you're lucky to have gotten this far.

He seems pretty solid and perhaps top 5 mystic is a shout when reading his kit but I wouldn’t label him as broken personally

if you can’t use ramp up champs in EQ… where else is there to use them? Every 6 months for a week in the new story mode?

I think if you play AW or BG competitively then going for him seems to be a no-brainer.

He counters Serpent, Dark Phoenix and others based on the recent CCP videos so he's going to be popular.

My only concern is that he seems a bit too effective at what he does, particularly the burst damage, but given who designed him it's not a surprise if he literally ends up as a game-changer.
