Agreed, and it's even worse when you use champs like FAM who have long reach light attacks, 90% of the time when you go for a light intercept the AI just walks up to you slowly and clips you with a light. I watched it happen to Liam I believe during the Battlerealm Brawl even. The problem is that now this issue is hurting even champs who don't have long reach light attacks it's almost like the AI reverts itself to ROL AI temporarily for absolutely no reason and just decides to do unpredictable **** out of nowhere

Yes, I agree that the intercepts aren’t registering all the time. But worse than that for me is the fact that the defender AI just plays cat and mouse and when you go in for an intercept, I find myself being parried or light intercepted myself way too much. If Kabam knows the AI is not right then they should stop making these kinds of Metas for BG’s. I’m simply not having a fun time with it cause it’s super frustrating like O.P. stated.

agree 100%. They need to get rid of any nodes that require an intercept until they fix the game. Maybe Enchantress while we are at it.

First of all, a disclaimer. I was the one that immediately posted about the problem Adaptive created for lower skill and casual players and called for a difficulty selector in no uncertain terms:

Having said that, if someone is quitting over it after only two months, that sounds like someone who was going to quit anyway. If Classic is too difficult for you, and there’s going to be lots of players like that, it means you were playing far under par in the old EQ and getting very low rewards. In the current climate you could just do the dailies, which have been super buffed reward-wise, and mostly replace the rewards you were getting from old EQ until difficulty selection arrives. Those dailies probably pump out as much if not more rewards than low tier EQ used to.

There are a lot of unavoidable issues with Adaptive. If you like the story, you can’t see it now. If you want something more engaging tgan a bunch of super short maps, there’s no replacement at the moment for OG EQ. But if you’re saying Adaptive completely roadblocks your account and it’s now pointless to play, I don’t think that’s objectively true. At least not to such an extent that you couldn’t wait for selective EQ to arrive.

I mean they didn't have to give people who didn't go anything. It's just a way to get people who didn't/couldn't go a way to be involved with it and reward them for being part of the community.

It also gets their viewership up because of the rewards. Which could lead to them having more chances to do events such as this. With even better rewards.
