Im also not getting my points for my daily or the sword and stone, issues in both game and webstore for 2 days straight. And I've lost count on how many days in-between every other update...

I dont understand how some say this is xiollas(however you spell it) issue when its not a secured payment processing issue, cause they get and take my money just fine!!!...its a kabam issue!!! Updating and changing things that for the most part people(majority)arent asking for, yet cant fix previous bugs and issues, but every new update and money grab introduces new bugs and problems.

Please kabam, understand the frustration that we have, sometimes simple is ok, and good enough is fun! For those of us that have paid before or are p2p, enjoyed the way things were, and we were paying for what we liked, but yall are over doing too much, and now that I cant even get my daily points during this new money grab, makes me want to remove my card off file. If yall havent noticed many p2p have gone to f2p because of you, not the game, we liked the GAME!

8 yr player, 6 1/2yrs p2p, given you thousands$$$$ and play for hours everyday for fun, not a streamer and with no backing or funding outside of my hard earned paycheck, but you are starting to make this feel like a job to keep playing while paying, instead of paying cause I wanted to, while I was playing.

When I have submitted issues for in game one of your questions are always "how much did you spend", "when did you last spend"....y???

I know that if I go f2p my one account not giving you $6k+ a year will not affect you in any way but its a shame that I must keep this game and do the updates and even write this(knowing that you might not even read or care, that the trolls will attack me for "crying") but because I've invested too much time and money to just throw it away, so you have me and many others shaking our heads and stuck not deleting.

When I first heard about adaptive difficulty I had high hopes. The past few days have really landed with a thud however. With the prestige rating change I now have to slog through (let’s not play games, it’s the throne breaker eq) to open up the elder difficulty. Then I look at ridiculous health pools and attack ratings for rewards that are at best the same/for many players less than the past few months of valiant eq tests which were significantly easier. Please kabam think…who at your business would be excited to do more work for less pay??? Then on top of the bugs and how poorly the prestige/eq changes were received you roll out yet another sale (also bugged) asking us to give you more money for a product that is objectively worse than it was one month ago. You always say that you are listening to us on the forums. Please hear that this prestige/eq change was not well received. We all LOVE the idea of this game. We are fiercely loyal, but there is a limit to how far you can test that loyalty. I honestly feel like the (to quote kt1) “player experience” has been given
very little thought at kabam recently.
