Re: The CCP Benefits and Privileges should be review
The issue for me isn’t about my favorite content creator’s revenue; it’s about being forced to watch content created by a member of the CCP. My concern is not financial or competitive, but about feeling uncomfortable and pressured to engage with material from someone whose content which may not good. Being required to watch this content makes me feel like I don’t have a choice in what I consume, which is the main source of my frustration.

Who even are these people?

“I see…
Maybe your preferred streamer is KT1?
He just sent his troops to the MCoC forums to complain…
And after what he did and said about Kabam and MCoC?
This makes me laugh…
The rage against Kabam finally had an answer — cruel, but wonderful.”

“I’m biased against the guy who scams his fans, blabbers slurs, and promotes alcoholism. Wow man, I wonder why.”

“Oh please, KT1 literally acts like a cult leader. Sure, even I agree with some of his opinions, but…”
Honestly, this just sounds like a bunch of hypocrites.
Most of them clearly have no idea what his streams are actually about. I don’t know where they’re getting these claims about him being a drunk or scamming anyone that’s just absurd. As for the “peixe… whatever” guy, he comes across as an obvious hater and not really worth more than pointing that out.
Also, let’s be real most people in this community are adults. You’re old enough to spend money, whale on a mobile fighting game that literally revolves around violence, but suddenly you become fragile when someone uses raw language or maybe has an occasional drink on stream? I’ve never even seen him promote alcohol in the first place.
I’d even argue that his approach to the game and streaming in general is more mature than what you see in those pinned comments, and probably more grounded than half of the current CCP pool. The topic of the game isn’t all roses and sunshine, and he treats it accordingly instead of pretending everything is sweet and perfect.
BUT my point is
Either the CCP shouldn’t exclude people who clearly care more about the players than the company’s revenue,
or they shouldn’t provide benefits — like the ones mentioned on stream — that give CCP members access to content creation opportunities which can influence their role to that extent.

Re: End of an Era – Back Issues
There is NO way Kabam is not doing this to PREVENT hoarding of revives, where the best place is back issues.
Currently I have 120+ revives and 60+ large energy refills to farm more revives from back issues. Cannot remember when I had less than 100 revives.
Re: Will essentia store prices increase or stay the same for each subsequent purchase of an item
i saw butnthey should nuke mysterium and not change it. Why not just get rid of it and put essentia where mysterium is now

Re: KT1, CCP & Twitch Drops – Can We Talk About This?
Quick Clarification – I Think My Point Got Misconstrued
Reading some of the replies, I think the core point of my post might have been misunderstood — so I just want to clarify.
This was never meant to be:
“Put KT in the CCP at all costs.”
That’s not the argument.
The bigger issue I was raising is the structural change to Twitch Drops and what that means for creators outside the CCP.
The Real Concern
Previously, any creator streaming could have drops enabled.
Now:
- CCP members get weekly drops.
- Non-CCP creators get them every two weeks.
That fundamentally changes the competitive landscape for streamers.
If a viewer has limited time in their day and they’re choosing between:
- A stream with drops
- A stream without drops
Realistically, many will choose the one with drops.
That’s not a criticism — that’s just how incentives work.
So when you restrict consistent drops to CCP members only, you’re effectively creating two tiers of streamers:
- Those with constant incentives attached
- Those competing without them
That’s where the disincentive comes in.
This Isn’t Just About KT
KT was an example because he’s a large, visible creator who has spoken about feeling the impact of this change.
The point was not:
“He won’t stream because he’s not in CCP.”
That’s not what he said on stream and it’s not what I meant in my original post.
The point was:
When someone of his size feels disincentivised due to the new drops structure, imagine how that affects smaller creators.
If larger creators see a drop in viewership when competing against CCP streams with drops enabled, then smaller creators are likely to feel that impact even harder.
That’s the ecosystem concern.
The Two Separate Questions
1️⃣ Why limit weekly drops to CCP only, when previously it was broader?
2️⃣ If CCP status now carries even more weight, what are the clear, transparent criteria for qualifying?
Those are the actual questions.
Not outrage.
Not favoritism accusations.
Not “KT fanboying.”
Just looking at the direction of the system and asking whether narrowing access to drops is healthy long-term for the streaming side of the community.
Creators help sustain engagement in the game.
If structural changes unintentionally discourage people from streaming regularly (especially outside the CCP) that’s worth discussing.
That’s all this was meant to be.
A discussion about incentives and trajectory, not a demand for special treatment.
I hope this clarifies what I meant by this thread and allows the conversation to be re-centred again.
Big love,
