Mysterium still needs some work. I think raising the cap is a moderate win that is helpful, but it's not yet a solution. The real solution would be to change it from a weekly store to a monthly store. Then they can maintain the low cap and we can just make purchases at our leisure.

Incursion artifacts are a horse of a different color. Incursions are, almost always, completely optional. Nobody is forcing anyone to do the game mode (aside from special SQs) and hoard artifacts. Mysterium we get far more passively and are now inclined to hit the cap. Now, there may only be one thing you want to buy from the incursions store, but there is far more than one thing to purchase. Many players, even Valiants, purchase 4* crystals for iso. Many collectors to after increased chances at getting champs they don't have, even if they'll never get used. It would be nice if they reduced the timer on the 7* crystal, but raising the cap really isn't necessary. At worst it is 25% over the cost of the big ticket item. That is plenty of wiggle room. If you're hitting cap because you don't want to purchase what's available, raising the cap isn't really the solution, and there really isn't that much of a problem there to address.

they are way past the window of caring. Titania is scuffed and not coming back. My first R3 now just collects dust in my roster

I don’t think they care in this case. She’s a champ that they probably regret since she’s so was so strong against so many matchups. They probably considered this shadow nerf to be a net positive side effect of the Silk lock fix
