Re: Will we be able to take 2 Rebirth champion Selectors?
Anything is possible, 🤑🤑🤑Yeah I think the Relic Event will be the 💲💲💲.
So essentially if players chase they would get 5, just one away from another champ, and you want it then you pay, the perfect amount to give players FOMO.
Marketing at it best 🤩🤣

Re: Those waiting Solvarch, your toughts at the moment after the stream
If they're not willing to grind it out and they're also not willing to put up some cash, they didn't want them that badly.FTPs can get Eidols, but they need to dedicate themselves completely to the gameBy the time hes in the basic pool , his kit will be outdated and we'll get several techs that do what he does better.Could care less since its a p2w champP2W the 7* version and after sometime all the Eidols will go for the base crystal pool
Eidols were a complete miss imo since f2p cant get them at all.
Re: How Much fun are you having playing MCOC?
So... Let's talk about poker...
I played a lot on week one for no particular reason, certain that I would be pretty low on the rankings.
It was fun, but I felt like I was done with the mode already.
Somehow, I ranked #168... So, despite my immense burnout and statements to the contrary, I was now committed.
Week two, I placed #80.
3 days into week 3, I'm already nearing 300k points... but I'm running out of resources and willpower. The rewards aren't even worth this much effort, we all know it - but sunk cost has me psychologically trapped.
TLDR: Week one of poker was fun, but the following two weeks felt like work. 21 days was entirely too long for this event and part of me feels like I might need a long break when it's over.
P.S. My thumbs hurt.

Something that dawned on me at the outset of mcoc Video Poker was that if you aren’t going to put in the (insane) effort to rank top 1%, the value of the rank rewards drop off substantially.
Over two weeks I’ve been consistently 40-50K/6-10%, and I’ve had to choke back a little vomit to even do that. That would net me two paragon crystals, 1/6 of a 7* basic and a basic 6* crystal.
I’m not sure that’s worth the value of my time.

At the end of yeaterday’s stream, there was a message saying promo codes would be available 1 hour later, but as far as I know there’s no promo codes available, right?

Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
I dont particularly care about the radiance in the objectives, and I'm not alone. If you want the radiance you won't camp...So they put points in the "Win X Matches" objectives, which will result in those same people camping?Maybe its because they analyzed data and figured out some people were being scumbags farming the VT for points and didn't want that anymore.Last year's Battlegrounds Realm Event was absolutely nothing like this Realm Event. I placed top 4 overall without spending a single penny.Nothing new really for realm events. Banquet was the exact same.I'm sorry but if there's NO way you can place #1 without having to spend, it's called a PAY TO WIN event. They are unobtainable even if you do pay, unless you also basically do everything. Normally the term pay to win refers to games where either whomever pays the most wins, or spending offers an overwhelming advantage compared to everything else. But that's not really true here, except in an essentially unrealistic extreme. Spending offers an advantage between two players who otherwise are tied in all other respects, but having an advantage between two competitors who otherwise do exactly the same things equally well is not pay to win, that is literally all competitions. There are ranked rewards, which will be unobtainable unless you payI wouldn't call it pay to win. Sure, spending could be a tie breaker for points, but if you don't do everything, especially Raids, no amount of spending is going to catch you up.There are 300,000 total earnable points, so yes you can reach the top milestone, even if you miss a few.Why do you make everything p2w?
Well, technically speaking $24,000 USD might catch you up. But even among the mega whales I suspect the number of people who will actually do that is very close to zero.
Since about a third of the realm points are in Raids, and my alliance doesn't do raids (much less Nightmare Raids which seems to be required to cap out the milestones) I'm basically out of it. But the event is still giving me a ton of rewards for basically just playing the game more or less as I normally do, so I can't be too upset. I find it ... odd that there's so much emphasis on Raids given their presumptive optional nature - and the fact they are tied to alliances, meaning individual players cannot simply choose to do them just for the event - but I suppose Kabam has its reasons there.
I would call that pay to win
Spenders had an advantage which was being able to purchase Units in order to buy elders BUT they still had to play the game AND win BG matches in order to rack up points.
This "Summoner Fest" is an absolute joke towards competition, it's a PAY to WIN event.
I won't be camping, but there definitely will be some that do.
