Don't want to defend this company but logic of zola compensation cannot be applied here. The reason being during zola compensation, their was enough window frame that everyone had a chance to open atleast one Titan. Moreover those who opened even multiple titans only got one zola. So basically whole community got atleast and atmost 1 zola and no one got extra advantage.

In this case if your idea is implemented of increasing the window than some players will have their 2 crystals doubled some will have their 10 crystals doubled and some will even have 100s of their crystals doubled. People who have hoarded will get more advantage.

Yes what they did now is unfair to others but increasing the window will be even more unfair.

I mean, the whole thing is a stupid design.

A rift-style rewards side quest = fine

or

A rift-style rewards side quest with randomiser = fine

or

A rift-style rewards side quest where the paths have wildly different requirements = fine

but…

A rift-style rewards side quest with randomiser and where the paths have wildly different requirements = Aaaaagh!

I mean, seriously: on path E, multiple buffs are a necessity; and on path D, multiple buffs = an enormous mountain to climb

Thankfully you can back out and try again, but surely a better solution for next time would be to place a team swap-out option after the randomiser gate?

Why would they take a public poll on how to compensate for a bug? The solution is meant for the people affected. Not everyone else on the Forum.
