I hope that’s the case. But there were 3 messages that went out. First was the bug and that compensation would be a thing. Then almost 20 minutes later they came back and said a live fix has been pushed and team is discussing compensation.

If the bug fixed by the time they announced it, then why wouldn’t it be in the same announcement message? The 20 minute delay between the two messages leads me to believe that it wasn’t fixed at the time the initial announcement went out.

So again. I don’t understand why they would wait 20 minutes to announce the fix if it was fixed when the first message went out.

maybe actually read this entire thread or one of the dozens of others… the answer to what you believe to be a brilliant hypothetical question is actually quite obvious.

I mean, after the Fest Crashed wrote this long post about how much effort Kabam is going to put into QC. And the CEO talked about this during the Fest too, how they're going to improve, how they're listening to the community, et cetera.

Yet here we are the very next month. Same old glitches, terrible communication, arbitrary band-aid resolutions.

Wait for the live stream on Friday. They may just mention this in passing. Or maybe not mention anything but go straight to banquet announcement and distract everyone with how cool it’s going to be and the best banquet it’s ever been. People will forget about this fiasco and open their wallets again. The cycle will repeat with the next mess up.

Did we get some response about the whole situation? You know, after their announcement.

This is exactly the type of moment to someone show up and give some info, if they will change something, proceed the way they said or if there will be a new kinda of announcement.

Those days I'm just tired, really tired of getting no ideia if we are gettin' heard or if it is just a lot of useless insistence, which will change nothing.
