The amazing part is that this type of situations are not a first time situation. It happened with loyalty, with mythic crystals, with Titan crystals, with wrong items in sales and they HAVEN'T EVEN CONSIDERED A WAY TO REVERSE THIS TYPE OF ISSUES.

Someone accidentally knocked the 1st child's Switch off the table and the parent have then gone and replaced it with a Switch 2. So now they have much more than they originally lost. That worked out pretty well for them.

Right after that someone knocks the 2nd child's Switch of the table. But they only get their Switch back. They have exactly what they should have.

In isolation these seem fair, but together they make an unfair scenario.
The only variable is time - why does one get more than the other?

It is a "damned if you do, damned if you dont" situation. The best option would have been to make sure the issue never occurred, but now that it has, the way Kabam is giving comps is the only option really.

They get additional sigs and reach 200 now so they are one step ahead when 7* ascension materials are rolled out

Any champion they open in future are already sig 200 and will receive ascension materials

He was opening titan crystals and he CHOSE NOT TO OPEN 7* crystals bcos it was bugged and no one knows what kind of compensation will be available

Players are penalized for making a small decision to open crystals or not, the consequences are HUGE, some players have opened almost 1 million shards worth of 7* crystals and now have another million shards as compensation

If you missed out on that 45 min window, you are penalized heavily especially if you have a huge amount of 7* crystals like Seatin

The best way to do the comp would have been to claw back everything and give the people their crystals back.

And before you all get on me for this. Kabam has shown in the past that when theyre serious enough and care enough they absolutely have the ability to do this. It doesnt matter if it would be alot of work or not. It's a position they put themselves in and they should suffer the consequences. Not the playerbase
