THX. Unfortunately I have to pour cold water on it since JonarcX doesn’t have the exact list and I never forget his image of list of Titan in October last year which has changed the list three times, making his image not much convincing.
Has Mike or other CCP members already confirmed the list? It would be greatly helpful if they have announced something about it. All what I know is that Zemo will be in September’s Titan.

That was a year ago and he hasn't been wrong since, that's the exact list. You don't need confirmation champs are added in the order they're released (eidol and event champs are always excluded)

I have no offense to you guys who show me those information but some of my mates are afraid that Captain Britain would replace Cassandra thus I have to check and I really need 100% convincing confirmation.

You're just being annoying. Every single person here told you Cassandra is entering not Captain Britain. Just accept it and move on. Or don't accept it and move on. But stop coming back to say "But are you sure tho?"

I don't get why this is close. It's Yelena, there are so many counters/options for Bullseye and there are significantly fewer for Yelena.

Doesn't mean Bullseye is trash, but Yelena has a stronger argument for being better because of that.

While i do agree that Bullseye has a lot more counters I don't see much of a reason to rank 4 Yelena over him as either:

They wont have a counter : they would lose even to a rank 3 Yelena

They have a counter: like how @shield311 said above , the r4 would just add a few extra seconds of damage to finish off like Onslaught. Not sure if deadpool can punch up 1 rank against an r4 in his usual rotation. And same with Jean

Bullseye is no doubt the better R4 because he's a very strong dual threat and better offensively than Yelena. I am going to stand by my opinion of Yelena being the stronger defender because right now Bullseye has a large amount of counters that directly address his nasty crits, evades and bleed effects, many of which are mainstays in people's decks.

There are 0 champions that can counter Reversal off the top of my head. There are a small amount of champions that reduce Bleed damage instead of being flat out immune and I think there are about 5 champions with Daunted (please correct me if I'm wrong), of course there are also the champions that aren't reliant on direct attacks but then they would have to likely contend with the chip damage. Granted I'm 99% sure you will worry about the hard damage and Reversal a lot more than the Bleed damage if it is a problem at all.

There a lot of champions immune to Bleed. There are also many champions that can circumvent the critical damage through the block. There's a decent few that can also counter Bullseye's evade by either countering the counter-attack or bypassing it all together, so you can deal with his significantly easier to dex Special 2.

I'm not a BG/AW sweat so I could be very wrong here, but it's just my two cents.

The Leader is a bit of a controversial champion as there are many people who consider him to be worthless and yet a couple others that recognise how accessible and strong his control utility is.

Here's something that I'm pretty sure both parties would prefer him to have.

For a kit that would prefer opponents to be over the Green Door, the Leader's Special Attacks like to keep them off of it.

For that reason I propose allowing the Leader to keep the opponent over the Green Door during his Special Attacks with a Root. This would make his damage far more consistent and would probably slightly boost it as well as normally you would knock the opponent off the Green Door with an Sp1 or an Sp2 (without shifting yourself to the far side of the screen.)

If iAbom could get his kit changed to be immune to Inequity, the Leader can definetely get a tweak to his consistency.
