I'm going with Cyclops again. He was my first rank 4 and he shall be my first rank 5. People can say that he's mid or bad, I don't care. He's one of my favorite marvel characters, the leader of the X-Men and he's so much fun to play.

The point from OP is that every character is getting recycled with a few changes and to counter those changes a new champion is added in who is countered by another new champion and so on.
