Imagine getting 50 free 7* crystals because you opened them at 10:47 a.m. instead of 10:48 a.m.

Props to Kabam Mike for relaying the community concerns to the game team, but the game team's decisionmaking is an absolute joke.

If you expected anything different, you clearly have a short memory when it comes to this company.

I am so mad right now. I didn't open my crystals on purpose because they said it was bug meanwhile some of Ally players now double dipping. Getting back 40 crystals is just ridiculous. Why you guys not giving same opportunity to everyone? This is so unfair. I am so pissed right now that I don't have any motivation to play this game.

The compensation should have been to send 1:1 fixed crystals to those who opened the broken crystals and 1:1 broken crystals to those who opened the fixed crystals. That way, everyone who had been hoarding crystals for this opening would have ended up with the same odds of opening up the new champions, without being penalised for opening their crystals after the fix.

I lost out on 22 7*s plus the resources that go with them due to finishing work a few minutes after the fix. Needless to say, I'm not happy.

This was such a terrible solution and obviously they’re too good to even address it. Kabam always reminding me what they think of us. Take what they give us and like it..

Mike just responded in another thread - short version: the game team was made aware of the concerns and alternatives posted here…. And didn’t care.

Which we knew - they didn’t care about what was right, only what was expedient for them. And now they hope people won’t exploit bugs going forward….

They didn't even mention the situation on the stream for a reason, they want to sweep this under that lumpy rug.
