So, I completed the objective and got the points.
Started at 12:44 and ended four matches (without any breaks in between) at 1:28. That’s literally 44 minutes of my time, and that wasn’t even all 5 matches.
So it took me approximately 55 minutes of my time, to play 5 matches, fulfill the objective for a “reward” of 250 trophy tokens, and a milestone in the True Bromance event which is essentially just a 4* or 5* champion from the crystal, some more inconsequential amount of tokens, rerolls, and profile cosmetics…
A full HOUR of my time nonstop, and that’s what I got out of it. This doesn’t even take into account that in order to reach the milestone, you HAVE to win at least one of those matches - and I don’t know about you, but I was facing R3 Onslaught, Bullseye, Enchantress, Serpent in decks of EVERY single matchup I got.
Kabam, this is me being objective. I’m not here to complain or whine, but to literally tell you that the amount of time and effort put INTO this vs the things we get OUT of it, this is easily one of the most skippable pieces of content that you have EVER released.
How anyone could put this together and say “yep this looks good” is laughable. It does not surprise me that these rewards aren’t anything to write home about - it’s a simple week-long event.
But make what you have to DO to yield the rewards in line with the event itself. If the challenge was play one *maybe* two matches to fulfill an objective and get 100 points? Sure.
You have hands down made an event that was the EASIEST decision to skip I think I’ve ever made in this game. Honestly, some of those emotes and profile pictures would be nice to have. But I’m not going to waste my time getting them.
This is embarrassing. This is baaaaaad.
(Also, your cavalier bromance crystal doesn’t have drop rates. Oops, thought that was illegal)

I haven’t tried yet, only got 25 revives in stock. But I have seen famous youtubers use 30+ revives on this, so OPs 24 + some on the path ain’t bad. In a few days, or a week, a player will come up with a nuke option, someone always do. Patience guys, patience 🥶

Yes. His stun duration increases if you use it first after resetting.My normal rotation with Shange Chi as a bare basic is:Interesting rotation.
1. Parry
2. MLLLM to trigger stun ability
3. MLM or MM (depending on whether it's more useful to get cleanse on yourself or slow on them - default to MLM)
4. Heavy while the stun is still active, to reset the Chi charges
5. Parry again OR Bait a special OR intercept -> do whatever it takes to get an opening
6. MLLLM again to trigger stun
7. MLM, MLLM, SP2 (you should have enough power by now) - this should do a considerable amount of damage.
8. Essentially repeat that until they go down.
So you go for the stun first, then you say you MLM or MM depending on the needs of the fight but if you immediately heavy right after while the stun is still active, it doesn’t matter because it resets them all right? Also I’ve never tried stun, then another combo then heavy, you’ve got enough time to do that?
Also shang chi has an hidden ability where his stun duration won't get reduced by nodes like limber because he was coded in such a way that each extra 0.65 second duration (based on his current readied strikes) will add to stun duration after nodes like limber.

I believe Crashed was talking about end game and near end game players, as there isn't EQ and SQ content specifically targeting them. But it has always been the case that there are only so many difficulty tiers in the game, and thus there have always been people complaining about stuff not appropriate to them. Even after they add more stuff into EQ and SQ, there are only two possibilities: it will still not be appropriate for you because it will be too hard to do or too low to matter, or it will just happen to be exactly what you want which means it will not be appropriate for the vast majority of other end game players, most of whom are not sufficiently like you.What's the issue then? That's always how this game has gone on every month for 10 years now. BGs is the only new thing and that's over 2 years old now too. Well most likely have seasons of pain etc again.EQ and SQ haven’t been relevant for 10 years? Come on. Even crashed said it’s unacceptable where that stuff is. If EQ and SQ were relevant like they used to be, I wouldn’t have mentioned it. The problem isn’t that they exist… it’s that they are pointless.
This has happened multiple times in the past. It happened when Kabam introduced Master difficulty all the way back in the stone age. First people complained that EQ was stale, and then when Master difficulty was released many of the same people complained it was a cash grab because it was too difficult. In fact, this happened enough times that it became a running joke on the forums, where the standard response to "we need a new difficulty for EQ" was "... and then it'll be too hard for you."
This is especially true for the players near the top. For most progressing players, there's always something higher to work towards. But for the players at or near the top, there isn't, and never will be tons of stuff to do, because the devs cannot spend most of their time catering to the needs of only 1% of the players. If you do the end game stuff fast enough, you will always outpace the content release schedule, and then you get to wait until the next thing comes out. It will not be next week, or next month, or even sometimes next quarter.

I have confirmed, with Support, that the "Bromance Daily Solo Objective" is the BattleGround objective "Feel the love" Even though they are named differently, they are the same. I tested and completed 5 fights to "finish" the battlegrounds objective, checked my Bromance points, then claimed the battlegrounds objective ("completing" it), and back in my Bromance event, I was awarded another 100 points.The wording confusion isn't the issue.
So yeah, HORRIBLE wording creating confusion.
The issue is that some of us just don't have the objective.

It don’t seem bad to me neither. Ares starts off slow, we got tips on his specials. His immortality stays decreased if your complete your evades/tasks at his 1%. Just needs mediocre skill. Unitman up! Lots of new content been pumping at a fairly good pace.

Doesn't help that the monthly side quests are so bland and follow the EXACT same "drop in collect token then drop into other quest with tiny rewards" and the mysterium store is so bs

I haven't jumped in yet (and am certainly not a top player), but from what I've just seen second-hand, this new EoP content is neither impossibly long nor impossibly difficultIt is, in fact, for the majority of players, exactly that.
