Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Then tell me, where are such players supposed to resolve this issue? If you say that this problem is handled through support, then we can close this discussion altogether. I will just understand for myself that Kabam will not let players defend their accounts, which is ridiculous. A great company, MCOC is their only successful project (they have shut down all their other games), and yet they can't do their job properly. If MCOC shuts down, there is a chance the whole company will go bankrupt.I don't know why you're wasting your time either, because that's all this response was. A whole lot of nothing.Listen, I just can’t understand your logic. At first, you say Kabam is doing a good job, then you say they’re not.Damn Kabam being scammed by Zendesk 🤣If at some point I feel like doing it, I will send a message from my alt account that I haven't touched in over 2 years.
This thread is kinda wild if its true.
In this wonderful game, there are already cases where users who did not violate the terms of service get banned without any clear reason. And when someone tries to defend their rights to their account, the community always accuses them of deserving the ban and lying.
I recently saw your comment on another post where you said that the person cannot prove the claim that one-third of players from the US shared their account data. Now I have a question: aren’t you ashamed of accusing everyone of things you don’t know and can’t prove? Why do you make statements you can’t back up?
Why do you think that anyone who legitimately tries to defend their rights is immediately labeled a “cheater”?
I think you just don’t understand the simplest things. You have 7,000 posts on this forum, yet you try to “sit on two chairs” (in our country, that means you don’t have your own opinion and just follow someone else’s). I don’t even know why I’m wasting my time on you, since you’ll never put yourself in the shoes of those who suffered.
One day, you might also get banned by mistake, without any clear reason. You’ll contact support trying to prove your innocence, then come to the forum to sort it out, and you’ll get comments like “You deserved it.” Would you like it if no one believed you? (And don’t tell me you’ll never get banned — anything can happen in this game, anytime.)
Have a good evening
I can sit both on the side of Kabam doing some things well and on the side of them doing some things poorly because that is a simple fact of the matter.
And I wouldn't come to the forums to solve a ban issue because the forums is not a place that can solve it, so there's that.
I may err towards banned players being guilty, but that's based on the fact of Kabam having, outside of one recent and fairly significant mistake, a really good track record on accurately banning or suspending players.
Could their be a few innocent ones in this mess? Sure, that's definitely possible. But that's an issue for support to handle, not the forums. And so far on the forums, multiple players that have come to complain since the suspensions went out have been outed as sharing their account or someone else's.
Their customer service can also still be bad though, and we can still call them out for that even if they're doing other things well.
Enjoy thinking about me later I guess?

I understand this may be an automated response, but it should be delivered with a lower degree of certainty if no checks on the account are done.

Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Dear Kabam, I ask you to see the ban message and really deal with this global problem, which has affected 20-50% of your game's players in the CIS. Last week, a bunch of players received sudden bans. Some were in the game at the time, while others were not, some were playing the arcade browser mode, while others were leveling up their characters, completing monthly quests, and so on, but one thing unites them all-they received sudden bans. Why? It is still unclear. It's been about 3-4 days since the ban, but you haven't provided an official response. You've sent one response to all the players, but is that appropriate?
Each response is identical.
"Cheating on the Battlegrounds" is serious?
Last season, I personally entered the gladiator arena with my own hands, and then played 4-5 matches. I earned 18 points and ended the season in the URU. Am I a cheater? I didn't use any cheats, and I didn't give up against strong opponents, knowing that I would lose. I played every match to the end. I didn't engage in point farming. So what kind of violations are you talking about on the Battlegrounds? If I were a cheater, why wouldn't I climb higher? Gamma, Mysterium, Celestial?
I'll answer this question myself, because I'm an honest player, and I like your game. I've spent a lot of time playing it and developing my account honestly! Without any auxiliary programs, cheats, pilots, or anything else.
In the entire existence of Battlegrounds, I've never had more than 120 points, so you're saying I'm a cheater?
Who will now return my failed calendar, burned resources, daily rewards, and goals?
You mistakenly banned people by sending everyone the same response without understanding the problem. By framing the players and the alliances they are a part of.

Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests

Re: Can kabam reduce the price of sigil ? (Polite req)
If it's that expensive relative to your earning power, I would advise investing that money in something that will actually improve your life.
