Sorry but I can't think of any meta bg skill attacker except okoye and crossbones? Maybe cheelith but I'm sure kingpin is faster and chee, shang and nick slow for bgs, moleman idk, hitmonkey is nuke but rarely see him. Maybe stealthy, but he is squishy as well. bullseye, yelena and attuma slow on attack as well.

Kingpin would be good i believe he has good base damage.
