don’t do a combo after striker if you’re getting close to three bars. Just go straight to a heavy and cancel in to SP2. Alternatively, start the chain before you reach 2 bars so you’ll cross it in the middle of the chain. It takes a little practice.

DPX is an absolute Nuke and it probably your best bet (assuming Onslaught is already R2 and so not one of your options)
Negasonic Teenage Warhead is a really nice counter for many difficult skill champions with anti-evade capability, non-contact attacks, and passive stuns & incinerates, plus she's an OK defender because she's harder to parry and can counter some intercept attempts.
The others are either very niche, a bit trickier to use, or just limited usability.
