To a degree, yes. The original response to OP was snarky. I didnt feel like the first comment needed the tone it had. People miss things. However, the OPs response to it earned all of the snark after that. Like I tell my kids, you have the ability to do things yourself and not always rely on your parents or others to do everything for you. Once you realize you missed something, you should take some initiative and do your own leg work. There is a search function for a reason….

There's a different node set of mutant monthly EQ, something about unblockable & prowess that turns Wags into a killing machine. I definitely appreciate those screenshots. Aa for the rest of your original post, I completely agree. Health pools are fine. Oppenent attack value in overtuned. If they want to use nodes like the 90% bleed reduc, there has to be someway not making it so punishing. Foe example, I had to restart mutant quest twice because of Spiral had me bleeding out before I even got to a bar of power. Lastly, I propose if they stick with the portal style quest, maybe a heal of at least 50% per portal. Use 4 portals per quest, totl of 2 full heals. Obviously, I'd prefer a full heal, but you know, resource consumption needed...

I'm skipping it and I haven't skipped monthly EQ since probably 2018.
