Dude, I'll let you in on a LITTLE SECRET that "NOBODY" knew about. On the game's website, in the information about the saga, he has been among the techs champions since May 30. This may come as a shock to you too, but it's coming out in August.
Vincent for those who don't know is the responsible for part of the characters dialogues,yes this game has dialogues if you don't remember and have realy fun ones

A moderator should have responded with something very simple and noncommittal like
“Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. IF this is not functioning as intended, I’m sure our game team will look into it and make any necessary adjustments “
Then we wouldn’t have inter-player arguments over nonsense. Maybe your customers wouldn’t feel harassed by chuckleheads and trolls

Here’s a video. You’ll see health drop from 100 to 96 after the sp3, then down to 88 before the cap is reached and defender launches their sp3.Last raid with prowess ender buff she was doing 4% each SP3. With DOT boost she was doing 4% as well but an additional 8% came after the SP3.Amazing! That’s what I will do!
