you aren't mistaken dw, a 7* miles shall be given out, only he has nothing to do with in-game rewards. as long as you've hit the throne breaker milestone, you'll get him. so, anyone who's thronebreaker (or above) will be greeted by a 7* miles in their in-game mail for free

Help me pick my next R4
So here goes - who would be the best option from my current R3s to take to R4? Realistically, it's mostly for battlegrounds. My current R4s are Prowler, Onslaught, Kushala & Count Nefaria. Class-wise that means Skill and Cosmic are somewhat of a priority, but I'm not completely locked on that.
