Same old song and dance. No thank you. No more spending. You don't deserve our money. You are under staffed and make millions on this game. Can't fix simple bugs in time because you don't have enough coders. I'm tired of this same old bs response to our outrage. You reap what you sow. You've taken advantage of us spenders for too long. We don't want your empty promises. $1200 for a 7*. Yeah that's worth it more than paying rent. You want to get back in our good graces. Lower prices, reduce the amount of sales, give more free stuff, focus on quality of life improvements and fix the damn bugs. Until then no one believes you and your tired lies that you care about anything but your profits.

For the community, I think we can all pick at the details (what was addressed, what wasn’t, the proposed solutions). What I find encouraging is that they’re talking about process, policy, structure and how they better align those things with their strategy. That indicates — to me, anyway — a more comprehensive perspective rather than a focus on just putting out whatever fires broke out in the last 24 hours…

Do you happen to run the pacify mastery by chance?

I get no matter what happens everyone's going to disagree. But let's not pretend that SW is the only character that reduces less than 100% ability accuracy and there's more champs to compare her to than just domino. Meta and non meta champs have this AAR sprinkled in EVERY class, multiple times in a lot. But, again, this isn't about whether she loses ensare or regains an evade counter somewhere else without AAR, it's about how the entire situation was handled.

This doesn't even touch on the rest of the potentially concerning things in the original post.

Btw Mike if you're still here, thanks for thinking about this situation for the last couple of days. I know this dev diary must've taken a lot of time to properly write. I can't imagine how hard you work at Kabam to make sure the game is still going strong. To end on a positive, I'm looking forward to the october stream to see my favorite marvel vampire in action.

I am happy Kabam has at least acknowledged they've made a mistake with the spider woman situation. In fairness, nobody's perfect and everyone makes mistakes. The fact that they responded to the feedback shows they still do care about the players who play and support Marvel Contest of champions, which is, if I'm not mistaken, their biggest mobile game ever. As a player who is a hardcore marvel fan and supports this game with my time and money I am at satisfied with the dev diary on this situation.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex Thanks for all the reply’s. I really do appreciate it. You and pinwheel are great community correspondents and I don’t blame you nor should anyone in the community for what is going on. If I could snap my fingers, I think you would be great in a more managerial place and a very healthy hire for sure, but, I can’t and I’m not sure if that’s in the cards.

To be honest dude, I’m not sure what the cards are at all right now but as as someone who has played since just about the beginning, this really does feel like the end of the game. I really hope Kabam understands, there is a point where you can break something or someone and although many of us don’t want the game to end, including myself for a multitude of reasons, one of them of course being how much money I (and the community) have spent over the last decade, there is a point where you’ve just had enough, and I think we may be there or at the beginning of this process unless there’s not some very serious turnaround.

A final note, and I of course do not speak for anyone but myself, but I’ll give you an example. This compensation package we’re gonna get, I’m guessing there’s gonna be a titan crystal in there. I honestly , like truly, I couldn’t care less. Why should I or anyone care. I know it you know it, that raccoon that broke through my trash last night knows it, there is a very high chance that the the champions we’re all searching for in that crystal will most likely not be that way soon.

There’s just no enjoyment buddy and that’s not your fault for sure, I remember watching your videos way back, I know you started as a player who loved this game far before you were an employee, but this is where we’re at and I just hope that Kabam (or Netmarble, I’m not sure what Kabam is to be honest) understands this and that there is a limit.
