Reading through the reply, I think the issue was this (you probably already know this after chatting with support, but I figure not everyone does so I'll try to explain): by buying even the Cav offer, you reached a reward tier in the webstore track, and it seems as if you claimed those rewards. If they just refunded you and you bought the correct offer, that would have meant that you essentially got double the progress in the webstore track. The issue wasn't a Founder's War Nexus in the Odin, but the FWN that you picked up from the webstore as a result of buying the Odin. If refunding you means clawing back progress in the webstore track as well, you would have ended up with two FWNs instead of just the one that you should have gotten.

That is a problem, but not a "you shouldn't get a refund" type of problem. I'm happy that it got sorted.

After a few more contacts with Kabam DORK and support agents, I just got a response on my ticket from support that says they swapped out the rewards I received from the Odin's Thronebreaker Vault with the Valiant Odin's Vault rewards. It was kinda long and stressing process, but in the end we managed to solve the issue. I especially thank Kabam DORK and Chris for helping me solve the issue.

Kabam Support Accusing Me of Lying Despite Video Proof

I purchased the Cavalier All Father Odin’s Vault by mistake because of a bug that only showed the Cavalier version in the web store. I clearly explained this to support and provided video proof of the issue.

Support acknowledged the bug and thanked me for reporting it, but then refused to help with a refund or to exchange the Cavalier All Father Odin’s Vault items for the Valiant All Father Odin’s Vault items, claiming that I opened a Nexus Founders War 7 Star Crystal from the Regal Ravager Track.

This is not true.

The only Nexus Founders War 7-Star Crystal I opened was the one I received from the web store promo code “MARYPOPPINSYALL”.
The crystal from the Regal Ravager Track is still unused in my crystal inventory. I also sent video proof of this.

Despite providing clear video evidence, support has now stopped responding to me.

I also contacted Kabam Dork and offered to share my screen live to prove that the Regal Ravager crystal is still in my account, but I haven’t received any response.

At this point, I honestly can’t believe how this situation is being handled.

Since videos cannot be uploaded here, I am attaching screenshots of the ticket and proof instead.

I am only asking for a fair resolution for a purchase that happened due to a store display bug, but instead I am being accused of lying.

i don't actually. people go to stores to buy food when they can just be farmers and make it all for free. you likely didn't read or perhaps unable to comprehend what i said. my point was exactly what you're doing. expecting "something" for free. i'm fully aware of how this will turn people off but what i was saying is the development and information provided is worth a mere $3, $5 or $10 a month when you consider the community function is serves … but I totally get it and you prove my point of how we all just want free free free free.

there are sites out there so you're welcome to visit those until development stops or they too realize the cost at which to develop these things outweighs "doing something for teh fans". development costs .. time, money etc and if you're using a service and it's providing something of value then me personally i don't mind $5 a month.
