Not really. If I want to spend, I'll spend. I don't really think using my spending habits is any kind of effective protest.

This game feels like whats going to happen to Bulders Gate when its purchased by EA.

I've been a consistent spender now for about eight years. I spend about 100 bucks maybe 200 bucks a month and then I usually buy out the Fourth of July and cyber weekend sales. I bought every single offer in the store in order to get dark Phoenix when that happened, and there's been a few other times where I've spent quite a bit like purchasing units to finish up my deathless champs to get Thanos. I think for the first time in eight years, I think I'm actually done.

I just can't imagine spending any money in this game ever again. I tried logging in and just doing my daily stuff, had zero interest in doing it. For those who have paid attention to my comments over the years on this forums probably know that I don't say things like this really ever but I think I'm done. I almost feel done with the game to be honest, like we all know that it's suboptimal at best but the reality is the game is pretty much broken and this is what they're doing. Of all the things they can do to make the experience better they're choosing to hurt a beloved champion across the entire community in a way from which is completely diametric to what their post or rationale even was.

All of this just feels so hubris and void of joy for this game or the people that play it. MCOC is clearly not a passion project anymore or a thing that the people who are making this decisions care about in any way shape or form, this feels just like a soulless business. Like your aunt that couldn't care less about DnD is put in charge of your campaign.

Do you know how ridiculous this statement is? You are saying removing Ensnare is justified because its too strong on Offense, while Kabam's OFFICIAL statement is that it is annoying for players on deal with on Defense.

Furthermore, you're trying to portray AAR as this nuclear option that must be removed because it shuts down everything.

Jabari has the same Ensnare, and there has never been this false concern that it trivializes too much content.

And if you're trying the argument that she counters too much, can I point you at the recent Kabam tweak to Anti-Venom that allows him to permanently maintain minimum 25% dAAR from Disorient without negatively impacting his damage (or permanently maintain 50% dAAR if he wanted to). I guess permanent 25% reduction is not as harmful as sporadic 30% reduction in your eyes?

1. She does insanely well? It’s a whole 70 second match and she loses over 40% hp simply from blocked hits and dodging sp2, that’s not insanely well that’s mid. Can she do it? Sure. Is it reliable in competitive content where balancing matters the most? F**k no and you’re crazy if you think it is lmfao
2. It’s not about mystic defenders evading it’s about any meta or defender in general with evade, it allows her to be very reliable for evade matchups in general not just mystics. Removing that makes her completely unusable for anything that has evade other than Enchantress which is a big deal.
3. Even if half of what you said was true, they claim the nerf is because she’s overperforming on defense not offense, unless of course they’re lying which is also not okay. Really find it hard to believe anyone’s actually siding with Kabam on this one 💀

oh ok so bullseye being an annoying AF defender with his stupid evade and bs block damage is fine. And it's totally fine when Battlegrounds nodes give him SP1 every 2.3 microseconds. But the instant one champ is good at fighting him without Kabam's permission… NERF.

Kabam sucks, every recent decision is going in the wrong way, or in the way to make money. I don't know why a company likes to angry their customers. Don't trust in kabam and don't expect anything of them, if they can do something worse they will...

This is the shittiest balance update. Spider Woman is a perfectly balanced champion. She is the benchmark champion for you, KABAMMMM, how to create champions.

Just fire all your balancing department. They do not know how the champions work, they do not understand what is good for champion and what is not.

Not Serpent, not Leader, not Onslaught, not Photon, none of the champions which really require balancing are touched. But they decide that Spider Woman is imbalanced? Why, just why??

Why not to remove failing all abilities by Domino which she does on constant basis? Why not change champions who DISABLE MASTERIES ABILITIES, which is absolutely innatural.

But hell no, Spider Woman is imbalanced according to you. Big L for you. You are doing everything to kill the game and stop people supporting it with money.

It’s already influenced my spending. Cancelled the sigil and won’t be renewing anything else. Complete spending stop unless this crazy and unfair (by their own admission- they stated in the announcement that her offensive performance is fine!) is reconsidered.

Considering the strength of feeling on this and the number of people stopping spending/walking away, I think they’re on track for the lowest cyber weekend/week sales on record. I just can’t understand why they would want to alienate the player base and drive the game into the ground.

If those does end up going through. I’m not spending a dime on this game again
