Kabam - please just listen to your player base on this proposed nerf. It is unnecessary and you haven't properly thought this through. There are counter proposals that are being proposed (just look at any of the recent posts from content creators like KT1, Seitan, Vega etc. Do the right thing please.

This doesn’t make any sense at all. They’re not going to nerf her, it’s probably just a joke. If it’s not, then they have an ulterior motive, which means they’re full of lies and hypocrisy. It also clearly shows that they only care about their own interests, the players’ pockets not the players themselves. Or maybe they’re just bad at their jobs. Either way, it’s troubling.

So, she’s too much of a defender than intended. Any thinking, logical person would ask: How do we fix her without hurting her offensive value?
Ensnare has a 30% chance for the attacker’s abilities to fail and prevents evade. Let’s remove that. But wait, that also affects her on attack, where it’s a huge benefit.

Is this the only option? She has no other annoying defensive abilities? What about the Fumble debuff? That one disables Dexterity during specials, and it doesn’t do anything on attack. Players also hate when defenders tamper with their masteries.

Kabam: No, let’s piss them off more. Remove Ensnare instead.

That said, Kabam mentioned toning down defenders after the Serpent outrage. Since then, we’ve had champions like Yelena, Jean, Dark Phoenix, High Evolutionary, etc. So why Spider-Woman? Does this mean we should expect nerfs for the likes of Dark Phoenix and High Evolutionary too?

This is so dumbfounding that it feels like either a prank or an experiment to test the unity level of the player base or our pushback.

But no, crits don't matter with him really. He applies a ton of armor breaks and at r3 you get +1 890 attack rating just by existing basically and then once you trigger the rout you get an extra +630 so the rout damage and even regular hits deal a **** ton of damage regardless because of the armor breaks, and if they're not dead once the rout expires you get a 10k fury buff at max sig r3 so they definitely will be right after that.

The only problem is when he can't armor break then yeah damage is not that crazy, that's where the CGR comparisons come into play even though yes CGR can still work even when he can't apply armor breaks but you get what I mean.

I agree with some of the points you made like the current GC meta supercharging him and some people glazing him really hard, but I also think you're overreacting a little when it comes to the block damage. Yes his block proficiency is on the lower side but if you give him block stat focus and the SIM statcast with even more block proficiency, he basically has the same regular block proficiency as most champs in game so I don't think that would even matter against Onslaught Spider Woman and even others like Bullseye as long as like I said, you run the right stat focus and statcast. He won't be doing any of those fights with 100% but unless there's a meta shutting him down completely I don't see why he wouldn't be able to do the fights in about 30-35 secs with 80%-90% left, he kills so fast you probably wouldn't go below 80% unless you actually play it bad.

His block proficiency at rank 3 is about 3300, stat focus adds and extra 650 give or take and an unawakened SIM statcast with block proficiency adds about another 125, total: over 4k block proficiency. This is the same (or higher) block proficiency as Thanos, Medusa, Hyperion, Galan and Gladiator and you don't see people running block proficiency stat focus on them do you? 4k is more than enough, Cull's block proficiency really isn't as bad as you make it sound sometimes as long as you run the right stat focus and statcast.

I know how you feel. I feel angry and disappointed. Unfortunately we can’t get our money back. The best we can do is not to spend more money on the game and accept the truth. It’s their game. It’s a great game but has many flaws. Some day it will disappear and we’ll continue our lives. It’s just a game. There are more valuable things, activities in life.
