Even if this was an error, how are we supposed to know? I was simply purchasing and waiting to open until the event went live for the points.

Even if I got the offer a day early, I wasn't opening the crystals until the event started. Why is it always the paying person's fault for having issues and not the company?
This is not the way to think of things regardless. You know for a fact you would not be happy to have $150 paid with nothing in return without knowing why or how it's going to be rectified.
Yes, I'm sure it will get fixed, but don't place blame on consumers paying their money to a company for goods they advertised.

Agree with you both! But same as Cyclops she was released in 2016. So won't mind Cyclops and Phoenix duo buff.I am back here almost a year after initial discussion to say one thing.
