He’s not a battlegrounds champ. He can be used in a few metas but he’s not the fastest or anything so I’d never use him over someone like Silk or Titania

His value comes from how sustainable he is and how versatile he is for other content like war. He’s super safe for serpents and pretty much anyone else

I am curious! I've seen Nefaria go up against Serpent a few times and do really well - what is it about him that stands his ground so well against Serpent?

I'm sorry you're frustrated that these Champions aren't in the base pool; it seems like frustration is causing my words to be interpreted in a way that isn't intended.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but "we aren't releasing them right now" is a plan, and that's currently where things are with these Champions.

Why is it so hard to understand that that is an unsatisfactory non-answer and we should get more than nothing on this issue? That's WHY people are frustrated. There are like 30 champs now that are just completely unobtainable in any way, with no sign of stopping. Sucks to be you if any of those champions happen to be your favorite.

I think it's fair to want to know if champions like Red Guardian and Human Torch will be unobtainable forever, a year, 2 years, 5 years? I understand what I'm being told: no one at Kabam has put thought into that question. I think they SHOULD.

Lots of thought has been put into the question.
The answer is that the PLAN is not to release them in the Base Pool. In the future, that strategy might change.

Additionally, if there was a current plan to release, say, Red Guardian to the Base Pool - you wouldn't be told 9 months in advance in a comment on the forums. Bluntly, that isn't how marketing works.

I am definitely NOT going in circles cause I finally got you to spill some more drops of information... That's the first time you or anyone else has said the plan is not to release them in the base pool. I genuinely thank you for telling us that. I don't think the community should have to argue and plead to get that information and be told they are "going in circles" or be made to seem silly for expecting the answer "on a random forum post". We literally just wanted some info... thank you for supplying it eventually. I know you're in a tough spot and have to deal with frustrated people all day on here. I have no ill will for you and I hope you can see I'm not being totally unreasonable.

Will that plan change in the future? Probably - but there is no timeline attached.

I agree that keeping all of them exclusive forever feels a bit silly, especially as that pool continues to grow. This game is huge, complex, and complicated - and every time something new is added, it changes the economy.
