immunities
massive resistances ( both physical and energy )
massive regen
power and regen control
good damage ( great damage if you can parry evade last hit of special and counter for energy vulnerability )
non contact hits in ionic mode
great for war and story content
not the fastest but very reliable
can be very annoying on defense as there are multiple projectile hits in his specials and they can catch you sometimes

Lots of thought has been put into the question.Why is it so hard to understand that that is an unsatisfactory non-answer and we should get more than nothing on this issue? That's WHY people are frustrated. There are like 30 champs now that are just completely unobtainable in any way, with no sign of stopping. Sucks to be you if any of those champions happen to be your favorite.You got your timeline. There is none. Why is that so hard to understand?I'm not frustrated that they aren't in the base pool. The first announcement of this will almost definitely not be in a stray Forum comment.
I'm sorry you're frustrated that these Champions aren't in the base pool; it seems like frustration is causing my words to be interpreted in a way that isn't intended.
I know this isn't what you want to hear, but "we aren't releasing them right now" is a plan, and that's currently where things are with these Champions.
I think it's fair to want to know if champions like Red Guardian and Human Torch will be unobtainable forever, a year, 2 years, 5 years? I understand what I'm being told: no one at Kabam has put thought into that question. I think they SHOULD.
The answer is that the PLAN is not to release them in the Base Pool. In the future, that strategy might change.
Additionally, if there was a current plan to release, say, Red Guardian to the Base Pool - you wouldn't be told 9 months in advance in a comment on the forums. Bluntly, that isn't how marketing works.
We're starting to go in circles here.

**for those that don’t want to create a separately new email address.
You can contact Support and act that they close your existing account, and more precisely that they free up your email address (and/or your username) so that you can use that email again for a new account.
You may get resistance from Support for actually clearing out your current Username to re-use it immediately. But the existing EMAIL Address issue they will probably help do.

I don’t care about the content. I care about being lied to, okay fine Mike made a mistake or whoever wrote the script did, we all make mistakes, I don’t appreciate the fact that they had 5 DAYS to inform the player base it would be a selector of 10 champions, NOT the advertised 12.It has now been stated multiple times that it was a mistake that was realized at launch time, and communicated immediately after the content was live, along with an apology.
Stop lying to us and accept the fact you were in the wrong here, and something should be compensated for the false advertisement! As people spent units and revives on content expecting to get Human Torch or Thor Rags, and they were hit with a selector without them. Do better!
A lie is intentional - we're beating a dead horse here.

Your argument is based on the idea that the pool has to be released to the basic on a schedule when that's clearly not the plan so I don't understand what information you want beyond "they will stay exclusive until we say otherwise"

Can you address the main question in the post? Or at least say "I can't speak on this" or "we have no plans currently". It's a little frustrating when you comment on a post and ignore the big question completely. Red guardian and nick fury are two of my favorite champs, I have no idea if I will ever get to use them in current day high end content ever again... its disheartening.My theory is this:Who leaked this??
Somewhere in Kabam's office they have a bingo setup for each champion. Each bingo cage has 100 balls in it. 99 of them say "no" and the last one says "yes". Once a month they go to each of the bingo cages and pull out a ball. When the "yes" ball for that champ finally comes out, they will be released.

Special Champs Release Schedule
I would love to understand what the schedule is for releasing the Omega Days champs, Heart of Fire, Saga chase, etc. if anyone could share that would be great.
